There is a scene in YoukaiYume's fic ForgetMeNot where Naraku throws Kagome off a cliff and Sess saves her. I think this is fic you are looking for. I guess I had 2 stories mixed together lol that was one of them the other was when Kagome was left for dead and became a super strong miko.... If I am remembering right she had a balance of both good and bad energies. But that might be a mix of more stories too. Thanks again
