I don't remember much of the story. Only that it is in the feudal era. I think Kagome may be powerful. Not sure on that. And she says this to Sesshoumaru. "I can love Naraku because I pity the man that was Onigumo." Or something like that. It goes along the lines that because of one emotion leads to another she is able to love even her enemies.

Not really. Kagome still traveled with the Inu gang I think. Maybe Sesshoumaru joined them. Or maybe Kagome left the Inu gang because of a betrayal and joined Sesshoumaru. I don't really remember. All I remember is that they were sitting, I think at his castle, and Sesshoumaru asked how can she be so forgiving. And that she couldn't possibly love an enemy. He was thinking 'couldn't possibly love someone like me' or something to that effect. I am not sure really. It's just that one scene that pops into my mind and dominates.

Sorry I can't think of anything else...

I can't remember what the work is called, but if it's the same one I'm thinking about, at the end when they're battling Naraku, Kagome makes a wish that asks for everyone to get what they desire (or something like that), rending Naraku a human and easy to kill.

Could that be ForgetMeNot by Youkai Yume? It's been years since I've read that story, so I can't be sure, but I think I remember Kagome showing compassion for Naraku near the end. =)

could it be My Experiment by ShadowsWeaver1 on single spark in chapter in chapter 13 he asks her if she could love naraku, because she had told him that you cannot hold hate in your heart with out love as well. hope this helps
