As I have seen the amount of progress this seems to have I figured I'd give it a try.

As usual, it is a story I read a long time ago.

It involves, finishing the jewel and Kagome's powers being massive, and in order to protect her Midoriko gives Sesshoumaru the task of protecting her.

A small detail which I am not sure I should put because it may throw people off, it that I believe is gains a single strip as the manifestation of his resistance to Kagome's powers.

Sesshoumaru protects her but at the same time abuses his power over her, yada, yada, yada, I don't remember too many specifics but near the last chapter update, Kagome asks Sesshoumaru to commission portraits of her friends and has a hard time convincing him to allow a large portrait of InuYasha to be made and placed in his dwelling, the others are all approved.

I'm sure there's more to it, but I don't remember and I cannot find it.

At the moment, I can't remember the name or author, but this story has been deleted from all the sites it was on because the author was harassed and then her stuff was plagiarized. So she quit writing on any fanfic sites.
