I was just wondering if 'A Gift From The Past' has/is being updated at all anywhere. It's a good story, and I need to know if it's been updated at all...

I also would like to know if this has been updated anywhere (and if not, is it possible to find the older, complete version somewhere?)

I love that story. How ya gonna make it better?

Well, my writing style from back then was a bit choppy, so I am going to edit some parts. To me, it seems that the relationship with Sesshomaru and Kagome moved a bit fast, but as I got into writing, I noticed that if I took my time, much like the way I did in If You're Not The One, it makes the tension oh-so-much sweeter. So, I'm going to try and incorporate my new style into my old. Hopefully, I won't get too bad of headaches from this.

You are definitely one of the very top fanfic writers, that's for sure. Your old stories are just so awesome, I'm glad you are writing more. It's amazing how often I'll think about a great story I read quite a while ago, and when I find it, it's one of yours... I'm a huge fan.

From the ashes, the version I did with Kagome and Sess, was completed on Anime Spiral. However, when their server went down years ago, that fic and a few others that I did went bye-bye. I decided not to redo that fic and have actually recycled the title for my Hiei/kagome fic on AFF.
