I don't remember the name of the story.
Here's what I do remember:

Kagome is the secretary/assistant (I think) and she works for sesshoumaru.
Sesshoumaru goes to a clinic to have an heir (his plan is to make a clone... I'm fuzzy on this )

Somehow there's a mixup and kagome is pregnant with his kid. (Although they didn't know it was his until later)
Sesshoumaru takes care of her.

I'm preety sure there's an emphasis on kagome falling while pregnant and sesshoumaru catching her every time.
