Okay so from what I can remember Kagome is about to go off to college (in france I believe) and she works for this taxi service. She takes Sesshomaru home one evening (he's drunk) and he forces himself on her and unknowingly mates her. Kagome leaves and leaves no teace of herself and Sesshomaru wakes up the next morning with no clue. She doesn't want him to find out because she doesn't want to be tied down to someone she doesn't know and she wants to follow her dreams and study medicine for hanyous (by studying both demon medicine and human medicine). They communicate by phone for majority of the fic and slowly fall in love. Happy ending, yadda yadda. Fic is M rated.
