I read this last year but can't recall where i read it and the title.

The story takes place in an alternative reality were Kagome and Sesshoumaru are best friends. They are both secretly in love with each other. I think the plot had something to do with Sesshoumaru being in heat on his birthday. He has not relieved himself and is in pain. And has been keeping Kagome at a distance because of his current state. Inuyasha might know and urges him to seek help.

Throughout this whole situation, Kagome doesn't know. When she finds out she calls a demoness sex service to help Sesshoumaru. Kagura is the demoness that is sent. During the session, which doesn't go well, Kagome is downstairs.

Kagome ends up helping Sesshoumaru rid himself of this heat. She does it personally out of love for him. Sesshoumaru thinks it's because their friends. Love confessions happen and they are mated.
