Trying to find a story I read a while back. Not sure if I read it on here or ff.net. I think it might have been a oneshot. Sesshomaru was a knight and he saved Kagome and her family when she was young, 10 or younger. They either promised her to him as thanks or he asked for her. He came for her when she was older, and I remember she wasn't happy at first. I also remember that he always wore a helmet, never took it off because he didn't want to be judged by his appearance. I also don't think he ever gave his name until she asked for it on their wedding night.
