The battle is over and Kagome must go into the jewel and she names Sesshoumaru her protector. He keeps her body in his room. Her spirit can come out of the jewel and they fall in love over time.

I know there is another one where Sesshoumaru builds a mausoleum at his shirt for her 500 year sleep and ends up mating a hitch who gives him a son named Taro but in her jealousy kills Rin.

I'd love to read both of them actually.
