I'm looking for a story that's Canon universe. I'll start.

Inuyasha and kikyo are mates, kagome and shippo go to the northern mountains, sesshomaru arrives at kaede's village looking for kagome and that's when they discover she is gone. Kagome is almost frozen in the mountains when she discovers a cabin that has a priestess in a village that is surrounded by a barrier. It doesn't allow anyone that means harm to enter and if they do it vaporizes Them.
The miko trains kagome and tells her a tale of the village of how the barrier was made. A young priestess fell in love with a demon, and they contacted each other through a tree. The woman was going to have a baby but drank a certain tea every morning and made her get an abortion. The man disowned her and the distraught priestess was killed by her grief and turned into the barrier.
Sesshomaru gets into a war and ends up in the northern mountains and finds kagome.

Looks like I'm not the only one! I know the main story line and everything that happens but I don't have specific character names and such. Do you? Like the priestess that trained kagome?

Nope...I don't remember any names. Like you, I remember the story line...and that Sesshomaru's character portrayal was really good.
He passes the barrier with an army...and a general...I think... sees her, and so Sesshomaru looks for her only to find no trace of her. I think that was the last chapter.
I really hope someone knows the title.

Me too, I'm g o ing insane. And the last chapter was when they were at a festival and koga came trying to get romantic with kagome... but sesshomaru was there and oh boy!

Oh my goodness...I remember. I feel like the summary said something like...He(Sesshomaru) would never follow his Father's footsteps and fall for a human. I don't know. The author might have changed the summary. I just hope it is not deleted.

When inuyasha and kikyo find kagome, kagome leads tthem through a waterfall to a spring that was said to be blessed by the gods. She tells kikyo to go in and a vortex of water surrounds her. Inuyasha is about t i get her but kagome says if he does then kikyo will die. Kikyo is released and alive once more.

Also I mentioned the yearly festivle, and rin and shippo are there.

This is the area im looking in using a peaces and parts of it to try and fins it also if you go to Fanfiction.net the stories you clicked on should be purple unless you fleared you history and you could have it as your favorite and folloing if your a use.
