While in the future, she spends a lot of time in a specific park and runs across an "older man" and "older woman" who often speak with her and give advice when she's seeking it, advice specific to whatever she's currently dealing with in the past.

At some point, I don't remember when, you learn the "older couple" is actually future versions of Kagome and Sesshoumaru. I can't for the life of me remember what happens in the past, only that the two fall in love at some point.

Would love help finding this fic. I'm pretty sure it was a chapter story and had a decent number of chapters. I might of read it on Spark originally, but I really can't remember.
