Wonderful update. I have to reread bits over because there are so many characters in play, I get a little lost sometimes. Bit, you are keeping it all straight. Looking forward to the next chapter.

Well this chapter left quite a few questions and I am looking forward to learning the answers. As well as seeing what the next arc of this story holds. Take your time writing. The story will flow when it is good and ready to.

I have to say this story is amazing. I wasn't sure what to think when I first began reading it, but it has truly become an epic. So many things happen and several amazing characters have been introduced. I love the fact that you haven't shied away from killing them off either. To many stories tend to not do that. However this one keep us on our toes. Anyone can fall in battle and I like that you brought that into the story.

I must also say that your villains were very well done. This is only the second story I have come across where Naraku's children sought revenge. I enjoyed how they reminded me of their sire though were their own individuals. I was also not expecting the warlord decimating the youkai kingdoms. That was a stroke of brilliance to add to the mayhem. All the adversity drove the story nicely. Not to mention the plot with the purists on top of everything. There was never a dull moment.

Also you did amazing with the fluff and citrus aspects of this story. The addition of 'true mates' assisted well with this. As well as added a bit of humor to the mix. There has been an abundance of well written fluff throughout the work. Which balanced the darker aspects nicely. I must also comment on how well written the citrus has been. I have read published novels that didn't equal to yours. 

However throughout the story I have come across several typos, misspellings, and minor grammar errors. Though nothing too awful. I did end up with a spot of confusion toward the beginning of the work but it was cleared up a short time later. As the story progressed the errors diminished greatly and now I rarely see them.

I look forward to reading more of this story and can't wait to see how everything works out. There are still so many things going on. I know I for one will enjoy seeing what this new threat is to our heroes. As well as what that spider has been up to.

I love your story. I'm kinda sad that the pups did not have a chance to truly enjoy being pups. They entered adulthood so suddenly all because of a future war that is about to happen.  Keep up the good work.  This is a great story.
