Anyways, I liked this section. You really kind of captured what they felt in a realistic way and I was honestly glad, and not to shocked (due to the build-up prior) when Sesshomaru said he would be going in with her.

Also, I like the realism you brought to the concept of the youkai town. Like you never saw one in ther series, no one ever talked of one either so that means they either a) don't exist or b) are pretty well hidden. The protection and the moving thought you gave to it made it feel perfect. It doesn't leave the reader raising their eyebrow at a bit of plot-hole.

This is very good and enjoyable. I like how close to Sesshomaru's character this is. I also really liked the portion where Sesshomaru gave in and grieved. It felt real and right.
