These are such lovely, long, indepth chapters. They really delve into all the emotions that are swirling around them. I know you said these have not been checked. You kept using the word yield (to give way to) when I think you meant to use wield (to use, like to wield or use a sword or a pen). Thanks though for this very nice story.
Those last 2 chapters have just been amazing. My heart just broke for her. I'm wanting him to realize that she will get stronger with him close by. They need to cuddle, it's that pack thing to comfort each other. He is as broken as she is. This is so good. Thanks so much.

I can't help but think that their situation, and their thoughts and feelings about their marriage and each other, are going to crash into each other and the aftermath isn't going to be pretty. If they would just stop tiptoeing around each other and actually talk!!!! things might be better for them. Maybe Mama Higurashi is just the intervention they need? Obviously she'll find out about the pregnancy at some point.

Well the baby is here. And now they have this to look forward to and deal with. Often pregnancys will help depressed women. Kagome may be freaking out now, but she is already switching to the mindset of being strong for her baby. I wonder if Sesshoumaru will figure it out. I can't wait to see what happens next :)
