Phyllis (Chapter 222) - Sun 28 Jul 2013
Oh, how happy I was to receive the notification of your update! I love this story so much; this made my night. Anyways, I love Sesshomaru's instinct winning out for a little bit. Looking forward to reading more!!
Haven (Chapter 222) - Sun 28 Jul 2013
Well damn, that was unexpected. He just can't seem to get it right can he?
Haven (Chapter 221) - Sat 27 Jul 2013
Ok, I reread quite a few chapters to reacquaint myself with the story and Kagome sure has gone through so much in a few shorts months. I'm ready for Sess and Kag to start beings friends again. Can you please update again soon...like today? Please.
Haven (Chapter 220) - Sat 27 Jul 2013
I'm mixed about Kouga. I guess the only plus is that at least he's not Inuyasha. I'm curious how much power creepy guy must have if he's able to hide himself from all the powerful beings who surround Kagome. Thanks for writing!
Phyllis (Chapter 221) - Thu 04 Jul 2013
Wow, what an awkward interaction. I hope things get better for them soon. At the very least, they can agree to disagree. They're both going to have to realize that there are boundaries that can and cannot be crossed, at least for now. I love your story. Thanks for the updates!
hw (Chapter 221) - Wed 03 Jul 2013
yay! another update! i really like where you're taking this story and the pacing. as for kagome/kouga...why not let them date for a while and then both sorta mutally realize a romantic relationship won't work for them? maybe they're too similar for it to last romantically and they're better off as friends? i usually don't like kagome/kouga matchups but i love how you've portrayed him here. I actually want to read more about their developing relationship and feelings! I also am not a fan of killing him off to make room for Sess... he's too good for that. but he's perfect for kagome to learn to trust again and to feel love again and become more confident with her heart. but i think it happens all the time where a guy and girl will date and at 1st are very romantically matched but after a while, its apparent that they're too similar and lose the romance to a close friendship. maybe the same can happen for them?
mari (Chapter 221) - Wed 03 Jul 2013
thanks for the update loved it.
so. Many. Feels. ;_;
River (Chapter 207) - Wed 03 Jul 2013
@chapter 207... finally! She escapes her husband, who spent all his effort into taking everything away from her and destroying her life, just to find Sesshoumaru, who expended all his effort into doing the same thing... poor choice in men! It may call for therapy.
Is it bad that I wish Kouga to die? << Even if he totally doesn't deserve to, it's been ingraned in my head. ^^;; In any case, your portrayal is different than most that I, dare say, even kind of appreciate the pairing? *shudders* Well done, you have acheived the impossible. *nodnod*
Anyway, I am in love with these updates! I CANNOT wait for more! :DD
Phyllis (Chapter 220) - Wed 03 Jul 2013
Uh-oh! The plot thickens! Awesome update!
dianne (Chapter 220) - Tue 02 Jul 2013
agh, Jir?b? has so got to die! XD He's just one of those characters that you love to hate! I think you do a really good job of writing from the villans perspective. Good job!
As for the Kouga dilema, maybe you could go on the fact that Kagome wants a chance to make it work with the father of her child?
Update soon!
mari (Chapter 220) - Tue 02 Jul 2013
loved the updates thanks .
Hm....maybe after a few dates Kouga will discover that what he feels for Kagome is really a brotherly affection. Then you wouldn't have to kill him off or make Kagome look bad.
Oooh! How exciting!
FaeHime (Chapter 219) - Tue 02 Jul 2013
You don't have to kills off the wrench... tools are often useful beuond their intended purpose. In this case, Kouga serves as a stepping stone to an eventuality through his love for Kagome and allowing her to see that she has options beyond those that hurt her: and that role doesn't have to end, just morph. Ithink after several months of dating (or weeks, whatever) you can have both of them slowly come to realize that what they have between them, while romantic, and comfortable and easy... isn't enough. It would be settling for less than what they deserve, both of them unable to meet the expectations of the other in small, almost immeasurable ways, but enough that they are both left wanting.
It can be a mutual aggreement to sparate, and Kouga can fall back into the big brother role for Kagome. ((If you want something with a bit more drama, you can have "someone" make a move against Kagome, and despite Kouga's efforts, she still ends up getting hurt when he gets used as bait or the "someone" uses kagome's feeling for Kouga against her..))
just some ideas! As always, your update filled my heart with an overflowing joy rivaled only by the arrival of something deep-friend nd smothered in chocolate!
Keep being brilliant!
Phyllis (Chapter 219) - Tue 02 Jul 2013
Very nice, as usual. Kagome's mother is a mama bear for sure.
Maybe as far as ending the Kags/Kouga deal, she can try to be with him at first, but discover that she's unable to do so. And in all fairness, she doesn't want to hurt Kouga. She should be straightforward with him and explain. Of course, he'll be hurt, but he will realize that he is better off. Maybe an introduction of Ayame will help smooth things along? He may not immediately latch onto Ayame, but maybe she will be a friend who he suddenly looks on with different eyes based on her insight and sympathy/comfort towards his situation with Kagome. Just my thoughts on it. :)
