I can't wait for Kagome to use her Sessh mask. I can just imagine a poor sighted snake getting jumpy at the thought of fighting Sessh then knocking off her mask, or noticing her black hair and realizing it isn't Sessh and getting all cocky then wham! Holy power purifying that dude into dust. Ahhh So excited. But blah ignore me. I love your writing and I honestly cannot wait to see how you implement the Sessh mask. Ooh so good!

Awesome chapter! Can't wait for the next one. I'm so glad that Kagome is not passive in this story. Samurai women were often taught how to fight by their husbands so they could protect themselves and their children from others that would harm them.
