I love your idea of Shippo as a poltergeist (but I'm picturing him as more of a Casper the friendly ghost than a traditional evil poltergeist - at least toward Kagome!).  His trickster nature goes perfectly with the tricks played by a poltergeist!

Your story is like totally off the chain. My favorite chapters are when sango tells her he really is a cursed prince and she realizes the connotation of said realization. Sesshoumaru's reaction had me rolling. You brought me to tears on more than one account. Today is the first time I read this and it is so enjoyable. Nothing like a quality author although everyone who offers up a submisison derserves a shout out
