To write something in medias re is incredibly difficult; but you seem to do it with ease. You keep the past well connected to the present, spreading little breadcrumbs that make me go, "WHOA! So that's why..."

The characters are believable- My heart hurts (literally) every time poor Sesshomaru refuses to just deal with his problem, great example of heroic hubris!! Inuyasha, Miroku and Bank playing the overly protective big brother figures is spot on. They always act out their parts in a believable way.

Yes, yes, yes!!!!! I love this story, and seeing it on Dokuga is awesome. I love this site for fanfiction, and I love this story. I can't wait for the next one. The next chapter I believe is in precent time and I so want to see what happens next. I'm sure it wont be for a while, but I have no doubt it would be worth the wait.

This story was an amazing read. I'm so glad I gave it a chance. I admit the beginning made me quite skeptical, her being all over Inuyasha, Miroku, Bankotsu and Shippo. But the more you got into their friendships, the more acceptable it seemed and you're portrayal of her & Sesshomaru's relationship built up into something beautiful that I don't believe anyone has done in a SK fanfiction ever, at lest none that I have ever read.

I hope to gosh that this story is not over yet. I would like to read more and it doesn't feel very concluded, does it? They still have to mate, eh? & that should be an oh so fun chapter to read if you are kind enough to make the effort. A+, my friend and I await impatiently for an update. :}

Love this story! You've done an excellent job with the characters, building them up and demonstrating their relationships with one another. I love how you go back and forth between present and past, giving insight into how the characters have gotten to this point. I can't help but feel bad for Sesshoumaru, his mom was so bitter, but it explains why he acts the way he does. YAY for Kagome giving Sesshoumaru a chance. I'm so glad he finally found out about his mom, hopefully he, Katsuro, Izayoi, and Inu can begin to patch things up now and start down the path towards being a real family once again. Oh, and I love that he's a virgin!! It's so common that authors have had him sleep with innumberable women while Kagome is literally untouched, so it's refreshing to have them both be virgins. Thanks for writing such a great story, I look forward to reading what you have in store for Kags and Sesshy.

thank goodness the truth abou what really happened between sesshomaru, his mother, and katsuro finally comes to light. and im glad sesshomaru finally sat down and listened to the truth that his father spoke, its about time. but this chapter was so good i cant wait til the next 2 chapters.

So super excited to see a new chapter... It was great. It's nice that he listened to his Father about the situation with his Mother and now has a bit more understanding of what he's actually been doing to the people around him. I am hoping that he starts to make amends with them soon too.

Kagome seems to really be also understanding her feelings for him and how mutual the attraction is starting to look to them both. I can't wait to see more.

I love this story .I started reading it & read like over  30 caps then I had a panic attack & stopped .Now I finally dug up the nerve to continue & I'm once again a very happy camper & very excited to see where this leads. I want them together so bad. This last chap with them singing the song about Kagome having a big white dog left me laughing my ass off.

        I can't wait to see where it goes next
