I really like that Sesshomaru is portrayed as an artistic person. I think it really matches who he is, and you got that perfectly. It would also make sense that Sesshomaru in his insanity would find that way to express himself. I like it a lot, and Kagome can see his life through it is great. I think it gives them a good connection, I like it.
You know Kagome is not going to give up on Sesshomaru. And I like that you don't make it because she's like so linked to each other that she's doing it for him. It just sticks to the Kagome character that she would devote herself so intense to someone that she knows them or not. It's just perfect. And, I mean, obviously she'll stick by him until he is healed, or better. Which means LOTS OF KAG AND SESS.
Oh oh, I think big meanie you just gave us a hint of someone who might be responsible for the death of Sesshomaru's family. I am very intrigued in finding out who he is, and what's his story. I'm having this crazy story that YOU KNOW WHO, is ACTUALLY YOU KNOW WHO. (Review spoiler alert? LMAO ONISHI-SENSEI). I mean it would explain why he's so strange, and taking care of Sesshomaru and so interested in the relationship Kagome and Sesshomaru have. UH UH. I might be crazy.
Obviously Onishi-Sensei doesn't want Kagome too close to Sesshomaru. I think he's afraid that Kagome will find out some things, and that he won't be there to know what it is. I don't like him, but I think I already said that a million times right?
Ohmygod, who knew Sesshomaru could be funny? I'm sorry but thinking about him enjoying Kagome sitting Inuyasha, I think it's hilarious. And he thinks Inuyasha is a masochist. I think It's real funny, lol. And oh oh, Kagome doesn't want to talk about Inuyasha. She's another one with a wound, lol. DRAMA.
I like that there was good conversation in this chapter. I know it's difficult to include conversation because Sesshomaru cannot make much sense, but I think you nailed it. I like how their relationship is progressing.
Ohmygod, when she mentioned the picture, I knew something bad was going to happen! OH GOD. And she showed the picture, I knew he was going to flip, I cringed just waiting for it. URGH. I knew something bad was associated with it. I know Sesshomaru has to remember it to heal, but oh god, the poor thing, I don't want him to remember!
I don't like that his mate is worry! ... Why are you doing this to me! I'm really nervous right now, you have no idea. I'm literally almost shaking! I really like how his mate is keeping him simple, and how he would just do anything for her. His devotion just knows no end, and it warms my heart!

The whole time I was reading the ceremony, I was nervous waiting for something bad to happen. See now because of what you said earlier that I'm not sure what it means, I'm thinking she's evil. I don't want her to be evil, he loves her so much. Oh god she cannot be evil. No, I don't want her to be evil.
Oh damn. I didn't want her to go back, especially alone like that,I knew something would happen. Poor thing, she had to bear that whole thing, and she couldn't tell Sesshomaru, because it would lead to a complete disaster. OHMYGOD. Is he the man? I think he is the man. The one in the drawing. After all, it would make sense that he killed Sesshomaru's family out of anger.
Okay, she's not evil! She is victim of a cruel crime! Oh no, I can't believe that happened to her, and she bear with it because of how much she loved her son! I HATE THAT MAN I HATE HIM. Ohmygod. No no no no no.

You'd think I'd be sad during a chapter where there is no Kagome and Sesshomaru but I am not. I had a feeling what this chapter would be about with the chapter already, but I was all giddy about how you would bring it up! AND YOU DID IT AMAZINGLY.
Seriously Sesshomaru and Kagome have this strange relationship right now, yet I like it. It's not even a friendship, or a love interest thing, at least right now, yet it feels right. I like how you're building up the characters, and how their relationship will come to be. And they will have this new foundation... Like... It doesn't feel like this is from the Anime Inuyasha because you're completely making it your own in every way. AND THAT'S A GOOD THING!
As I was saying before rambling like a dummy, I like it.
It was so nice, aka it brought tears to my eyes, to see how you involved his son into it. Sesshomaru is so proud, and so, powerful and to see him being this family man, and carrying so much, I really got emotional. I like how he didn't care about the rules, and went to his mate anyway. It's really heartbreaking how much he loved her because you can't forget that he lost her, and in such a tragic way too!
God, I'm so happy he shared, he told.
In a way, I feel so weird because I'm rooting for the wrong couple. I wish his mate was still alive. It's just so nice the love he had for her, and it twist my guts to think he doesn't have her anymore. See what you've done to me? I'm rooting for the wrooooonng people! GOD! lmao. Nah, I'm just it's good. You just did this... like it's really good. You just know how to write to make me like fall in love with every words you write.
Seriously, you have to give Sesshomaru some happiness. I know I know, it can't happen now, I know that. But, gosh he deserves happiness. Seriously, I am close to tears right now.
Guess who needs a pause? And you clearly deserve all the praise and awards in the world!

Another great chapter to a very touching story. You are doing a really nice job portraying Sesshoumaru as a very troubled character without it seeming overdone or too sappy...just an individual who has suffered much. While I want to find out the whole story at once, it works better to see the bits and pieces as Kagome does. Healing takes time. Of course, it also makes it easier on the author for posting reasons too :)

This is a simply superb story. It is quite different from all the others I have read. I am certainly wondering how Sess and Kagome's relationship is going to be coming forward since he so obviously had such love and devotion to his mate, hence him going nutty... I look forward to seeing more chapters and how this will play out

wow...that was the most heart wrenching story that made me cry. In a good way of course, theres no better way to reach the heart of your readers than to write a tragic tale of the many hardships one have gone thru. As dark as that story was, I appreciate you great fantastic story telling.
