Great chapter, I just wish Sesshoumaru would get rid of his concubines. I wonder how he's gonna feel when she fines out and when she shows interest in someone. How does he expect other to respect her when he doesn't respect her (or at least I think he shows little respect because she's human)? I hope you place a hard rule on his butt for his screwing around behind her back. Poor Kagome. I like the rules you place on him.

i love this story!

I seen this on the awards for best horror/dark fic and knew I had to read it... I am so happy I did, as a writer myself I know it is so hard to have so many characters in a story. <3

That chapter was fantastic.  So Takeshi is develping feelings for Kagome, eh?  While I take delight in juicy love triangles, this somehow feels rather ominous.  I love Takeshi, I hope he doesn't turn into a bad character :(  As for Kag/Sesh romance, I think you're doing it the right way.  These things don't happen overnight and I enjoy that you're building a mutual respect between them first.  It was fun to see him getting a bit possessive in this chapter.  It may not be for romantic reasons (yet) but that's they a way a spark starts hunny! hehe.  At anyrate, I appreciate you taking your time and developing the story naturally.  It's what takes a story to greatness so more power to you :)  I can't wait to see how this unfolds.  I really do love the way you're writing the characters.  I hope you update soon.  Keep up the good work!

I'd cuddle with my mom too if all that crap happened and it was the first time i'd seen her in months. Takeshi, oh, i think i'm in love with an OC. Kagome better beware i think he'll start flirting soon if she doesn't watch out, or at least plot how to keep other guys away. This story is awesome, so of course you would get into the top three in best dark/horror fic. I feel the same way about my mother. I think you captured the mother-daughter relationship perfectly. I loved this chapter. Please update soon!

Somehow I wish she would fall for Takeshi first and then ends up with Sesshoumaru later because I can´t see him developing real feelings for her anytime soon. Takeshi really seems to care for her. I really love how close Inuyasha and Kagome are because no one knows her better than him. I never understood how so many authors just make him the stupid villain and suddenly it´s Sango who is her best friend and knows everything about her but she´s not. Sure, she is close to Kagome but that´s because she is female and they bond at another level. Inuyasha was beside her from the beginning and they went through thick and thin together.

I also love her closeness to Shippo, he is hers and Inuyasha´s after all. I´m also glad that you didn´t forget about Miroku. He is most of the time underappreciated and just written as a comic relieve. The truth is that he is very intelligent and sharp and his kindness and acceptance of others is not common for someone who is from holy descendant or generally from that time. Sango is nowhere near as nice and accepting like him and that she came from a slayer village doesn´t help either. I always saw him as the male counterpart of Kagome because many characteristics of these two are similar.

Hope you write about Souta, too. From all the kids of the series, he and Shippo are my favourites.

I like it best when romance builds slowly.  In a previous review, I already expressed that it would help Sesshoumaru in learning his feelings for Kagome if he watched her have love or deep feelings for another such as Takeshi.  Being the type of person she is, I don't think she would just take Takeshi to her bed like Sesshoumaru would one of his concubines.  Kagome would want to belong to Takeshi as his mate.  Then later however many years or however long for her to become a widow, Sesshoumaru would be there, in his own way, for her to turn to in her grief.  I think with the type of person he is, it would take him this long for his feelings to grow for her and then more time to admit to them.  It would definitely be long enough for Kagome to have a life with Takeshi, maybe even a child. 

I'm very curious to see what you have planned for Takeshi.  I just don't want to see him turn bad or evil due to jealousy.  I like him.  I think he's good for Kagome.  I'm anxious for when you have her face his clan to fight for him.  If they are to be together, I wonder if this is when you plan for it all to happen.  I also like the relationship you've built between her and Inuyasha.  It gave me a warm feeling while reading that part.

I hope kikyo gets what's coming to her. Sesshoumaru and his harem....Kagome is just going to have more trouble over that. GREAT CHAPTER!!!

I for one really love Takeshi!! I would love to see a first romantic love bloom between these two before Any romance with Sesshoumaru.  He needs to see what love should look like before he can actually give it.  And if you didn't create such an awesome original character I wouldn't want Kagome to love anyone other than our cold demon lord!!  I totally agree with the Mom is where you want to be when things fall apart! I'm so lucky to have a great one who seems to understand when life goes wrong! This fis is wonderful and I can't wait for your next chapter!
