And wow on this chapter, being that you have not been well. loved it as always. Least the beast didnt hurt Kagome, and helpped her even tho she didnt want it. about time the beast felt guilt over what he did to kagome but was shocked to find out it was because he made her cry.

Holy Hannah Madison what a phenomenal chapter!!!  I was not expecting Sesshoumaru to fall back to his youkai powers so quickly but it was interesting to see the interaction.  Obviously the beast's first thought would be to find out why Kagome left him but it's upsetting that it still doesn't realize what it did was wrong even after Sesshoumaru allowed their thoughts to merge.  I am glad to see that it does see Rin and Kagome as two sepparate people where as Sesshoumaru still doesn't quite get it.  I hope that it was able to calm the pup enough that it won't bother Kagome for a while because the poor girl deserves a break from the pain for a bit.  Hopefully it will be a while before either of them have to deal with the beast again because I think they both need the time together.  Neither one trusts the other I think and at this point they need to form that bond at least.  Sighs this story just sends emotions through me that are so powerful it's not even funny.  I can sit here and read each chapter and I can see it in my head unfolding so clearly.  Please feel better soon and no worries about responding to our reviews all that matters is that you start feeling better soon!!  Take it easy, relax and I send all my best well wishes to you that you feel better soon!!!!!

This was an awesome chapter.  I hope you explain more about the light.  I figure it was a blast of youkai since the pup has not bonded with Sesshomaru.  I can't wait for the next chapter and am anxious to see where you go with this.  Please update soon.

That was a really good chapter and I'm really glad Sesshomaru's beast didn't hurt Kagome in anyway, I just really wish he would understand how horrible the mating and rapes were to Kagome.

I really have been enjoying this story since so far. I have seen a few comments where people have been wondering when Sesshomaru will fall in love with Kagome. Truthfully, yes... I would love to see Sesshomaru fall in love with Kagome but at the same time, for some odd reason with this story and reading everything that Kagome has gone through... It would not disappoint me to see it end as a friendship that raises a child together.

Either way... I really enjoy the story and look forward to next chapter!

Wow, Madison, great writing!  This was a really impressive chapter!  Beautiful depth of feeling, drama, angst, and action/adventure elements.  I really liked the description of the little dwarf-like creature. 

Why? WHY!?! You cant be serious! I mean the beast still doesnt know that the pain and humiliation he used to increase Kagome's torment was wrong? At least Sesshoumaru realizes taht what his beast did was wrong and that somewhere deep down he does have a heart. But like Kagome said to little to late. What I would like to know is what it would take to make the beast realize that his actions were the wrong actions to take. Especially towards a human who didnt understand anything that was going around her.

Well it's between a rock and a hard place. They realy need to talk about the possible problems. I mean wiht the whole possibility that she won't be able to defend herself and all that tht lead too. gah. It makes me want to shake them.

I bet when Kagome has the pup, Sesshomaru will feel differently about his idea of never seeing her and sharing custody of the pup.  Maybe when he holds the pup in his arms, he will realize that he feels more than guilt toward her.  Already, he is starting to admire how she does what is right regardless of herself.  Putting even a chance of the pup's being affected by the medicine offered by the demoness before her own intense pain and putting her duty toward the jewel are so admirable, and so very KAGOME.  Sesshomaru is going to have to start stepping in and interceding on HER behalf, since she is so selfless, he will train himself to become her white knight, even though he has no conscious desire to...  I hope that's what will happen, anyway.  Kagome needs a champion here, and that's also the only way he can redeem himself as well.

Kiyoshi needs bonding with Sesshomaru, was not expecting that. I hope Kiyoshi will be ok, even if he dont bond with sesshomaru. Kagome finially let it blow im proud of her speaking from the heart about her feelings about all that had happened with her and sesshomaru.

I hope Sesshomaru and Kagome and work together to help Kiyoshi, and kagome i know she is feeling pain and likely a little guilt for forcing the well to work for her and putting Kiyoshi in more distress.

I really like this story, Not beacuse its a rape fic but because it is different, it got me hooked after reading the first chapter.

Im looking forward to the next to the chapter and see what they are going to do about Kiyoshi and Kagome's Pain

OMG! That was an amazing chapter! Once again, the emotions that both Kagome and Sesshomaru experience are so perfect!

It would have been selfish from Kagome to take those pills just to relieve her own suffering without taking in consideration the health of her child, so when she refused I felt like saying "YES!!!"

However, I hope that she realizes that not allowing Sesshomaru to bond with the baby may also be bad and possibly cause problems for the child. In all this I see the issue of the need for bonding as the fates trying to tell Kagome to look closely into Sesshomaru now and not keep the preconceived ideas she has of who he used to be 500 years ago.

As we already saw, people change, and as he already admitted, he feels remorse and shame for his previous actions. However, we don't know how deep those emotions are felt because Sesshomaru in a way remains very closed and distanced from Kagome. I understand that this is because he knows thats what she wants from him, but I wish we could look a little more inside of his mind and heart. Even if he doesn't disclose everything to Kagome, but it would help to know more from his perspective.

All in all, it was a great chapter!! I am so happy that you decided to update!! I was a bit sad thinking that perhaps it would take long for you to post the new chapter, but when I saw that you had updated I was jumping for joy!!

I will wait anxiously for the next chapter to see what happens and how they handle the bonding issue together!

Gosh, this poor girl is slowly murdering herself on the inside! :( Kiyoshi is such a poor little fellow too...he deserves a hug and lots of kisses! On a more serious note, I like how Sesshoumaru has handled the situation so far - it was a mistake created by his beast over which he had no control, and to take up responsibility by showing her concern in his own subtle manner is commendable. If he had been any less of a man he would have abandoned her. But no, he tried to care as much as she tried to refuse it. I know it is tough on her, but now that she has managed to voice her suffering and make him see light, then it is time to accept the fact that as long as she is with his child, there is no way she can deny there is a link between them. Of course, I am keeping my fingers crossed and hoping you, amazing authoress, will pave the way for these two characters.

I would also like to add that I review Blood Stained faithfully not because it is merely "a rape fic" that caught my attention and happens to satisfy some inner part of me that craves twisted, morbid plots revolving around the whole concept of rape. I review Blood Stained because this story captivates by delving into deeper emotional themes, portraying them realistically and also, adheres to a very well thought out timeline. It spanned centuries and brought the readers along with it, drawing us into the plot without ever confusing us. The authoress should also be commended for the fact that she boldly faced up to themes which a lot of fanfiction writers shun, for fear of not getting reviews and in turn, receiving flames. As the authoress of Wisteria, which some of you who see this review might know, I did not dare take up the concept of rape in my story. There were times when I contemplated making Kumano the evil bear demon rape Kagome when she had been held captive, but no, I couldn't do it, because I did not dare to. So Madison, you know you're doing a fantastic job, and I will always support Blood Stained.

Wow! I knew that that would be the reason why Kagome is suffering. It would be interesting to see how both of them will cope for the health of their baby even though they despise each other. Thank you for this chapter and cant wait for the next one to come out. PLEASE UPDATE SOON!!!!
