I love this first chapter and i don't think its cliché at all!!!
Its absolutely full of promise with the whole matchmaker and chain thing, plus with Sesshomaru's mother in the picture as well, i can see the chaos and havoc this is going to cause now and i can't wait for the next chapter!! Please update soon!!!

OMGSH......Sessy's Mama isn't going to be happy....I think that is.... hopefully Sesshomaru doesn't try to kill Kagome for this /O.O\ that would be bad......this looks like it will be a good story regardless, keep up the good work.

This looks like it's going to be very interesting. I especially loved the way you wrote Sesshoumaru's mother, we can see she's arrogant and used to getting her way, but you managed to make her seem real and interesting =)
I can't wait to read the next chapter !
| Usually it takes a few chapters to draw me into a story but this has grabbed my attention! I can't wait to see what happens next :) I love your version of The Lady of the West. The manga made her as cold (if not more so) as Sesshomaru, but here she acts concerned and meddles with her son's love life. And I really like the idea of Matchmaker too, and especially that it's a fox ;) I can't wait to see where this goes!
