Congratulations on all of your well deserved wins!!! I'm not even sure if I've left a review for this story yet, but I've been reading it for a while now and I do enjoy it immensely!
Kagome is most certainly at a fragile state of mind. One that she may need all of the support she can possibly get from Sesshomaru right now. The support she will definitely receive from him. I'd believe that he would have a strong case of guilt and suppresed anger because of what happened. In which, he would most definitely blame himself for; for not protecting her. Although I like how it strengthened his resolve in keeping her safe and at his side, I don't know how I feel about him vowing to never tell her how he feels. That could only lead to some serious issues later on. However, it makes sense to not devulge that to her, because she would super guilty. I could see her even feeling like she led him on, just cause that's her nature. I really hope that he will tell her when the time is right.
And I really hope that she discovers that the growing attraction to him is actually more than physical. From everything that's happened between them, she's got to know or at least have an idea by now that there is something. Granted everything how she originally wanted will not come to fruition. Yet even in her sacrifice, she's gained a lot. I would think now that she's carrying his pup, there might be a slight change in her overall perspective of both Sesshomaru and her new life. I'm eager to see that. It almost felt like there was a slight lead to that towards the end as you slyly placed her tonation of sincerity of her feeling of being back 'where she belonged'.
And Kimiko is (as usual) calculating, demanding and quick to anger. I love it. She's the perfect character that sort of 'gets the ball rolling' and changes are made when she's around. It can go either here or there when she arrives. She's great. As much as you don't see her, when she is in the story, there's a slight change in pace or direction. I'm glad she had motherly concern for both of them when they returned to the Palace. I seriously liked how you wrote her change in emotion in Sesshomaru's room. Something about that struck me. She is ruler of that land, she is dangerous, she is a mother. Sensing what happened to Kagome and cooly expressing the disdain was pretty good. At that moment, something made me feel like the mother in her would've been more dangerous than any ruler ever would've been. I enjoyed that.
Now all I have left to say is: Please find it in your heart to come back with a chapter soon!! =p ;)
i love Sessmomma in this, seriously, she kinda seems like she would set someone on fire >:3 i feel so bad for Sess, he loves her and kagome's still getting over the lose of everything that is her, so awe!
Carmen (Chapter 28) - Thu 09 Jun 2011
OHHH!, It's just a beautiful story, to bad that kagome is so blind and don't realize that Sesshoumaru is in love!!!!, I just wanna see her face when she realize that he love her, and I'll be waiting for the next chapter!!...
Hmm....Did I tell you how much I love Kagome standing up for herself...or err...her power? What I enjoyed the most in this chapter is how you described Sesshoumaru and Kagome's angst! You rock, girl!
I can't wait to see how this relationship is going to develop...*puppy eyes* You have a knack for finding the most original/surprising way...
Vicky (Chapter 28) - Thu 09 Jun 2011

Loveyaa (Chapter 27) - Sun 08 May 2011
So a lot has happened in this chapter. Even while returning to the Western Castle so that kagome and the baby would be safe they get attacked (in one of the worst ways possible). I don't know if this proves Sesshoumaru point or not since if she was still with her friends she would have more people protecting her. Either way Sesshoumaru is torn over it (having failed to protect her). I wonder how this on top of all their arguing will change things. I can't wait to see how things take a turn from here :)
Runa (Chapter 1) - Sun 08 May 2011

Jackie (Chapter 27) - Wed 04 May 2011
OMG!!!! Wow i could not stop reading this story! please update soon!!
Ah i have to stop myself from continuing - my free time is cut pretty short due to finals, so i've been trying to read quick enough. However, i wanted you to know that i love your story! :D can't wait to keep reading! :)
Oh... poor Sesshomaru. No matter how mad she was at him, she didn't have to tell him that she hated him. I know she didn't mean it but it hurt him like hell. I hope they get this sorted out soon. And shame on Noriaki, for thinking that. I got his just desserts.
But anyway... thank you for the lovely chapter. Your writing always draws me in. :)
Rin (Chapter 27) - Wed 04 May 2011
That's an awful amount of tension, and a fair bit of misunderstanding. I rather hope that gets cleared up without too much more being piled on to their shoulders.
You write a very compelling story. I see a few things I normally don't care for, but your reasoning and pacing makes them work for me.
I have been reading this story for a while and I have to say that I love how it is developing. I am sorry that I don't review more often. I think your writing is amazing and I can't wait to see where this latest twist leads these two. The miscommunication between them always seems to lead to interesting situations but her near rape and the emotional aftermath will be interesting to see. Keep up the wonderful work.
