I have to say, while I have been a faithful reader, I have not been a faithful reviewer- my apologies. I adore your fic. I find the emotions to be spot on, even when they are painful to read. You help the reader feel everything the characters reader. Kudos to both of you. And I'm thrilled Sessh has finally faced up to his love for Kags. Now, how will he woo her back?

I wanted to start off by saying, I have studied psychology too. The characters attitudes and developments are very realistic to me. Kagome has adapted to this lifestyle pretty well and of course she would be upset and feel betrayed after that night together. Anyways...this was a really good chapter. I'm just surprised Sesshoumaru didn't get angry with her, but then again, with all that yelling, Kagome was angry enough for both of them. I certainly can't wait to read the next chapter. ^_^Ja ne!

I'm sooo glad Kagome spoke up for herself! Quite the rude awakening for Sesshoumaru. ;D We'll just have to see how he gets himself out of this mess. He has a lot to prove!

I know that cultural shocks are difficult to surpass, but Kagome needs to make an effort!!! She is not helping. I know that sometimes situations are not the ones we like, but if we can not fight it the least we can do is to help modify it. I hope she realizes that she is behaving like a kid.

I have to say, there are few to no stories out there that are even vaguely reminiscent of this one, so not only is this story extremely well written, but it's also really new and refreshing. I keep waiting for the new chapters, and I'll probably end up rereading it when it's all put together and finished. Congratulations and thank you, because you've made something fabulous here.

Ahh yes yes yes!! This was great, Kagome freaking kicked Sesshoumaru's booteh to the curb. Mentally I kept pumping my fist in the air. Although as a Sesshoumaru lover, I felt a twinge sorry for him when he was chewed out by Kagome, he really needed it. For me every great story needs to have at least one big dramatic scene and so I can officially say that this is truly a great story, (although i've known from it had been since chapter one ;] ) And I sympathize with you, not all readers can catch what the author is trying to show and so they insinuate some things and it can get very irritating but ignore it because they'll come to their senses and realize how silly they have been. Wonderful work. I can't wait for the next chapter.

I love this story. I think that Kagome has a very beleivable character, and I think that you two brought her out very nicely. I can't wait for the next chapter to come out.

another awesome chapter you two ladies. I love the building of the character and the fact that Kagome didn't madly fall in love with him, just because of the sex. She was violated and I love that this chapter was able to capture the depth of her hurt and betrayal. Looking forward til next sunday for the update

"Her dream was for a male who would love and respect her; a male who would consider her feelings, who would listen to her ideas, who would be her friend. She wanted someone who would take her culture, emotions and feelings into consideration when making decisions that affected both of them." I'd say in her emotional state Kagome is missing that Sesshoumaru has attempted to be what she wants. I believe he's been considering her feelings in regards to schooling. After all in the end he stopped dictating what classes she could pick and left it up to her right? He has been listening to her ideas, trusting her enough to run his affairs for him and I would say leaving her to deal with important business matters implies he respects her. Although he does sort of negate that by reading her emails. Even though he used what he found to try and please her, that doesn't really make it right that he broke her trust in such a way. Given all that she's had to give up for him, they were something that were her own, not related to him. So him going through them is like burning down her own private sanctuary, a place where she can be herself and not what he desires her to be. She is right, he made this decision and did not listen to her feelings about the matter. I don't think anyone can blame her for reacting the way she did. Even if she on some level was beginning to have feelings for Sesshoumaru. If feelings reached the point where sex was on the table then it should have been a mutual decision. But the way in which it happened meant that she wasn't allowed a choice about the matter. Maybe if he had actually made it a choice for her it wouldn't have turned out so badly. I guess at the end of the day this is what the whole situation boils down to. Even if there are feelings there, she is there because she HAS to be not because she wants to be. Though that isn't entirely true, after her trip to Germany she was happy to return, she WANTED to return to his side. Nevertheless a partnership should be about equality and Kagome is never going to feel like she's an equal if she has the status of something that is 'owned'. Having said all that on Kagome's side however, I think one also has to consider that in a way Sesshoumaru was forced into this too. His other choice was to breed with someone he held no love for. Although one wonders, couldn't he have delayed that until Kagome was okay with the decision, until he had spent time to show that this wasn't something he wanted entirely out of necessity but because he truly wanted her in that way also, that he loves her. Perhaps this is another reason for Kagome's upset state of mind. When you have sex with someone, you want it to be because they want YOU! They want to share their feelings with you, they want to share themselves with you, because they love you. Again its a mutal expression of how both parties feel. It wouldn't make you feel very good if you thought the person was doing it because they just wanted kids out of you, or just because you are one step up from something else. Really wouldn't that just be empty sex, who wouldn't feel like a whore after that? I look forward to the next chapter, sorry this became less of a review and more of my mind blathering on about intentions and feelings. Sesshoumaru has a lot of explaining to do. Or maybe he won't, perhaps another chat with Rin will help Kagome to understand Sesshoumaru's POV a little bit. Although really the best thing would be for him to tell her how he feels about her.

Wow...that was wonderful... her reaction was so very realistic. Whoever said that it wasn't was wrong. This story is a beautiful roller coaster ride. I am glad that Sessh finally realized that he loves her, but will he be able to repair the damage.

personally I think your story is very good..ignore those baka's that would say stupid stuff. I know that the human nine is capable of your story is very true in a real way. your doing a beautiful job and will now cheer you on for updates as I have now faved this story..you have a book out?
