Somehow I knew this was going to come back to Kohaku, his crush on Kagome, and how he's working with Naraku.

Woww a lot of uneasiness in this chapter. But first I like to mention how it's so cool you made Sesshoumaru's family all classic like they're stuck in time. I have a feeling they're not exactly normal people, that's why they're attached to things of the past. It's scary how Kags is finding new sides to Sess as time goes by. As if it's not enough, Mariko reveals her that armoury and a glance to what the Taisho line was built upon! What, he's not just a successful lawyer? Poor Kagome!!! 

You're killing me!! This story is so good and I have to have more!!

Omg this was such a good chapter! I love the flashbacks, man. So gritty and dark. Why you gotta torture Totosai like that?! She had her blood infused in Tesseiga, does this mean anything?!?! Lololol. I like how Sess was all up in his element when they entered the woods. Like who knew the stoic lawyer had the makings of a ranger?? Obviously that's not the reason, we know he's youkai but Kagome doesn't know that hehe. And they had a little tryst in the woods too, so exciting. Mariko's attitude is explained and Kimi doesn't feel like a bad MIL, although Kagome must have felt offended that the woman read her heart too easily. Hehehhe enjoying this fic so far!! Your writing seems a bit different in this chapter and I love it! 

Man, I would throw up a fit too if my new husband is buried in his work right after our wedding and my mother-in-law is barging into our honeymoon! Also the appearance of new faces. Mariko seems like a handful, while Sesshoumaru is slowly showing a different side. And they finally consummated! Yessss! Of course he had to be big! Lmao 

My favourite chapter so far. The first part is so riveting! Why you gotta make Totosai so creepy! The whole process was well-written and frightening. I wonder since Kagome got cut by the fangs, does it mean anything? Cos she's having nightmares of teeth now. And of course the wedding night! I understand Kagome is still reluctant to go all the way, and Sesshoumaru's patience is somewhat suspicious. Hmmmm... 

Omgosh a complete turnabout of feels in the middle! I felt as nervous as Kagome when she went to Sesshoumaru's house for the first time and he made advances on her! Also the situation at sango's house. That head had to belong to a certain fox kit! And mentions of Inuyashaaaa! Omg how is he going to fit in the current narrative, being an old hanyou sealed previously? So exciting! 

Nyehehe I love how this chapter was all fluffy, with just a hint of restraint on Kagome's side. Their grave visit felt like a mini date by itself, the way Sess is all business-like about arranging their dates for the trial is quite cute. And now Kagome has agreed to marry him! Omgoshhh. I love how they're attracted to each other but not really all over each other. Noooo this is a dark story, there has to be skeletons! 

Helloooo, just realized I haven't dropped a proper review, so I started reading right back! First of all I like how this story is set in the 90s, and the first chapter kinda gives off this cool AU vibe where people have to be worrying about youkai hidden amongst them. It's awesome that it starts out with tragedy, and now Kagome is being pressured to accept an outdated marriage proposal, as if she doesn't have enough things to be depressed about! So far your portrayal of characters are really different and refreshing, and we know it's not gonna be a normal marriage! Take me to the darkness! 

So, I just started reading this...and I'm totally hooked, I can't wait to see what happens next.

only complaint is you dressing Sesshoumaru up in a turtle neck and chinos. Why you hate him that much? 

Darn your cliff hangers! I'm in love with this story. I had to go back and reread to understand what was happening better but now I'm hooked. Every week I'm excited for a new chapter.

It finally happened! I’m so excited!!!!

How horrifying. That Inuyasha was asleep this entire time and eaten alive. But not before Sesshomaru picked out the Pearl, and threw it away. 

Naraku is the client, right? 

Wow!!!! I did not expect Kagome to run away from Sesshomaru and his family.  I give her credit. She has guts.  What will she do now while she is on the run. I did not see this coming when she pulled out the arrow and Inuyasha came tumbling down.  I enjoy your writing. Please update soon.
