I don't have much to say. But if Sesshomaru keeps making her mad, I believe Kagome will continue to use the "halt" comand. Kagome has a very short temper, there is only so much she can take and Sesshomaru can be frustrating most of the time.

You are so incredibly insightful. I would have never seen the need to put Kagome’ family at ease. I would never have thought Sesshomaru would be the one to suggest the subjugation beads. I hope they are able to travel together.

Damn. I’m happy he had a moment to speak to Inuyasha privately. And though I hate him having to wear the beads, I understand what he’s saying. It’s so fascinating that you didn’t take the ‘oh my family is all rainbows and butterflie, they’ll understand!’ approach like many others. This feels more real. The hanyou they loved is gone and suddenly she’s with his brother and it’s going to be a roller coaster for everyone to process. Hopefully she can use the ‘halt’ command during some sexy play time so he can see there are some positive benefits to the arrangement  *wiggles eyebrows* 

Yessss.  I like how that was handled.  Love is really an overused word and doesn't really define the feeling  so well.  There is so much too it.  Actions speak volumes.

Omg, they’re growing together so much! I love it! He gave her a Inuyasha’s firerat, and a weapon made of all three of them. It’s so good! I love this. Totosai getting no small amount of joy from pulling Sess’s tooth was very cute. I love the dynamic Sess and Kagome are building. Both stubborn, but both so endeared to each other now.

I look foward to where else you take this. I wonder why Sess is so anxious about this person. Someone whose mother he tried to kill? I’m trying to think who it might be. Or if it’s an original character. Keep up the amazing work!

I love it that Sessh pulls the "I'm fine" shit when he's clearly not. Usually women are slotted into that "moody" somewhat passive aggressive slot, but it fits Sessh way better than Kagome. And Kagome's so good at just being with him without pressuring him to talk if he's not ready. I think you're striking a really good balance of plot development and relationship building. So much of writing good romance is treating the way the relationship develops as equal to developing any other plot. Otherwise it isn't really a romance, it's a suspence, action, fantasy...whatever with romantic elements.  

Meeting her mother?  Oh boy.  Definitely concern over what the family has hear of him would bring on deep contemplation and reflection, and regret.  Though he should kjow by now, ultimately it is Kagome's opinion that matters.  Her family will follow. 

Hahah I loved the fang extraction and Kagomes unnecessary poking and making sure he was ok. Very sweet moments. Cant wait for more!
