I’m not much of a reviewer, nor do I read many reviews, so I cannot say what kind of feedback this story is getting here in the community. What I can say is that I appreciate this story quite a bit. It has a depth of emotion and tragedy that many writers cannot capture. No, this story is not for the fluff-addicts or those who want the swoony cotton candy love story. It’s for people who don’t mind more candid, emotionally raw character development, which I for one feel is sorely lacking in at least 95% of the SessKag fics being written today. I look forward to reading more of your story and hope that you will continue, because I can almost guarentee that there are plenty readers like myself out there enjoying your efforts. MUCH LOVE!

Wow...Just Wow! This story gets better and better all the time!! How do you do it?? What is your secret?? You manage to make me fly with my emotions all over the place!! I wanted to scream, to cry, and to laugh like a deranged person, I was so intensly into this story that I didn't hear 2 phone calls and the phone was right next to me!  I am pretty sure the house could have been on fire and I would have been oblivious to all!!

I swear, I always hold my breath when I read this story. The feelings that you are able to evoke with your writing have a keen way of touching all of the sore spots we hide. It’s so easy to empathize with all of the characters; it’s easy to remember when we’ve been hurt - times when we’ve tried to forgot, but couldn’t - the pain of time marching on and the awareness of reality drawing us forward even when there’s secret reluctance in our heart. Thank you for your dedication  this work. It’s so well-written, like all of your beautiful works, and I’m always thrilled to see an update!

I Thanks for updating this and I can’t wait to read more!! I was so glad to see an update since I’ve taken to rereading most of my favorites from your stories. I really like Jakotsu, he’s always been one of my favorite characters from Inuyasha and I’ve come to like him even more because of your story! Shippo’s blunt honesty and vindictively telling Sesshomaru things about Kagome is quite amusing too. Sesshomaru learning she’s affianced is no doubt causing quite a bit of damage to him just like he did to her.  Always excited for more I’ll be stuck thinking about this story and what‘s going to happen next! :) 

The new pieces are coming together! How interesting the story is with all its twist and turns. I want to see Sesshomaru rise again better than he was before (inside and out).

if this gets published one day as a novel, I would definitely buy it! like a present for my birthday or Christmas. its amazing. 

the way we usually hate the male that hurt the heroine.... we can't do that here because we see his suffering and his change. we do in way but I guess pity and sadness are more prominent. holy cow how this twists my heart....

despite your wish to make this a soap drama, I see this more real than some lives now, the false glamour and pretense in media...those repetitive plots in dramas that I don't even want to watch... tugging at my heartstrings...

beautiful... and this word is the word that contains the simplicity and beauty of this piece...

I still hope for a peaceful ending for everyone... including Sesshoumaru that has a heavy baggage since being a child.

I can't wait to find out what happens between them, though I know there is a large possibility that the end might not be all rainbows and unicorns but I'm okay with that. Life doesn't turn out the way we hope it will.

Heart breaking story indeed! You have such a beautiufl style of writing that is very unique to you. It leaves me very interested in seeing how the rest of this plays out.  

Geez your story really pulls at my heart strings I feel for Sesshomaru but Kagome has to deal with this & it was a 100x worse . It’s a struggle to want her to just forgive him but he did this , :C I’m just as confused like this is me going through this lol
