He patrolled the lands like he always did, searching for intruders. Though he rarely found anyone stupid who would dare to challenge him. he looked up to see birds flying in the sky, they looked so peacefull and happy, like he wanted to be.

Sesshoumaru gave up on finding someone who would love him. Every female would just be intimidated by him, and most demonesses would want him for the wrong reasons. He did not want that; while walking along the border of his lands he picked up a familiar scent. Inuyasha. He smiled inwardly, he would finally have an excuse for killing his brother. It was his mistake for trespassing.

On his way towards the familiar fowl scent, something caught his attention. The soft sweet scent of jasmine, he knew who that was, Ka-go-me, he thought trying to remember the girls name. She was beautiful and strong spirited, he approached the group and it hit him, her beauty. She was radiant and he could see the aura from her miko powers, strong yet gental, a force to be reckoned with.
