Hereth the Flyer

So it was another typical boring day over at Osaka High. Soon the break bell would ring and she can talk to her best friend Sango about some new material they could experiment with. Turning to look out the window she heard whispering behind her.

'Did you hear that Inuyasha's with Kikyo now?' Yumi said.

'No way, so all this time he was two-timing Kagome with her cousin?' Eri added.

'Yeah and he has the balls to show up with his arms all over her! Its not even a week since they broke up, what scumbag!' Ayumi stated.

"She should show him a lesson" Yumi said

This was the last straw for Kagome. She turned around and before she could say anything the bell rang. She sighed, she had been hearing this all morning. Why couldn't people just leave her alone. So what if Inuyasha cheated on her with her cousin for two years maybe more and left her heart broken. Shouldn't she atleast be able to go one day without him being mentioned. 'Kami is it too much to ask for peace just one minute'

"Kagome OMFG!!! Please tell me you heard already?" Sango came running into the rom along with Ayame.

"Hey Sang! What that everyone in the school knows about me and inuyasha not together anymore? Yeah kinda heard already" she told her with sarcasm then laid her head down on her desk.

"Cheer up kags it'll get better you'll see! 'Sides atleast you don't have them in your class, turst me not the sight you wanna see" Ayame shivered at the memory of them almost getting it on in chemistry.

"Yeah you know wut I'm not gonna let it get to me! I just have to focus on school,friends, and our band!" said a determined Kagome

'There's our Kagome' both Sango and Ayame thought. "Speaking of band, so did you hear?" Sango asked excitedly as she pulled out a flayer for kagome to read. " There's gonna be a Battle of thr Bands here at school for the first time and guess what the prize for the winning band is?"

"It a contract with Ray-Rei Ind. wouldn't that be awsome Kags!!!!!! We could totally kick butt" Ayame said supper excitedly.

"Here's the best part, guess who's gonna enter?" Sango smirked and raised a brow. Seeing Kagomes confused face she decieded to tell her 'sometimes she can be naive but I still love her' she chuckled "Inuyasha and his band who appearrently have Kikyo in as well"

Kagome's eyes widened at the statement "Have they ever heard her sing? I hate to be them right now." She tried not to burst out laughing but couldn't hold them in "I can't......waite t-t-t-to see.....this." She laughed so hard she alomost fell out of her chair. After she calmed down she got serious "Ok then when's the sign up date?"

When Kagome gets serious it means business so they sat around her. "Already signed us up this morning, there will be a meeting tomoorow after school in the auditorium about the rules and stuff"

Kagome nodded "Do we know what other bands might play?"

It was Sango's turn, "So far I've manges to find out that Inutrasha, Kouga-kun, Jinenji-kun, and some feshmen group" again Kagome nodded then said "ok then we'll just have to waite and see what the rules are then get started" all three girls nodded and stood as the bell rang.

"Later Kags" they both said before leaving for their class. Kagome waved and looked back down at the flyer and smiled evily "I'll see you then Inuyasha"

********* With Inuyasha *********

"Hey babe have you seen Miroku? I need to tell him about this Battle of the Bands thing I read in the bulletin board" Inuyasha asked as he wrapped his arms around Kikyo then nodded to Kagura.

"How rude! Budding in on someone else's conversation? Honestly Inuyasha don't you have any manners?" Kagura crossed her over her chest and raised a brow.

Kikyo ignoring her friend turned shook her head " No I haven't seen him. Have you tried looking for him outside in the hall?"

"Looking for who?" came a voice from behind Kagura. She yelped when she felt his hand on her ass. "Damn it Miroku hands off" she turned and slapped him, then left.

"It was worth it" he sighed happily then turned to Inu "So what's up? Were you able to talk to 'HIM' about joining? We need a vocals you know" Miroku asked while rubbing his cheek.

"He said no at first but then when I brought up his little secret" Inuyasha smirked "that made him join. So he'll be a practice today." The bell rang and all three of them went to class.

'Omg he's gonna be at practice! Maybe this'll be my chance to seduce him with my oh so lovely voice. Shouldn't be that hard, seeing as I was able to take Inu from Kagome so easily' kikyo thought as they headed to their class. "Hey Inu-baby, isn't your 'HE' supposed to transfer here today since this morning?" Kikyo asked.

"Oh yeah, I haven't seen that bastard at all today. Oh well, knowing him he'll probably show up later that baka" he muttered that piece at the end. They had all sat down at their desk and begun class.

***** With Sesshomaru*****

'This is so annoying, why do I have to come here. I was perfect where I was in Europe but no, my father had to demand this Sesshomaru to come home.' Sesshomaru thought as he made his way to the office. He had managed to kill atleast most of the morning by going around town and visitting the local shrines when he finally decided to make an appearance.

"Hello, how can I help you young man" an elderly woman short but long black and greyish hair asked from behind the desk.

"This Sesshomaru is the new transfer student here" he said handing her a vanilla folder with his data and tranfer paperwork.

She looked at the work and looked up at him with both brows raised "Please step into my office." She said as she gestured behind the desk to a door. When he went through the side and stepped inside the secretary came back and handed her another document folder with the name 'Taisho, Sesshomaru' ob the label "Here's the folder you wanted for the transfer student, anything else Mrs. Kaede?" asked a the young straight out of college secretery. Kaede nodded then turned to her, "If you can please have a student fetch Mrs. Higurashi so she can show him around and have her sent to my office, thank you"

With that said she went into her office. She saw him standing by the window looking out. "Wonderful view ne?" she said then sat at her desk.

"It does not compare to Rome but it will do." he said then turned around to face her.

"Alright Mr. Taisho it seems to me your courses are all advance, congradulations. You will find that Osaka High very easy as long as you don't cause any trouble like your brother and-" Kaede was cut off.

"Do NOT caompare to that halfbreed!" he growled out.

"There is not need to growl in my office! Now as I was saying, I arranged for a student to show you around campus to get you accomedated with-" there another knock on the door. "Kami am I ever gonna finish" she muttered under her breath. " yes enter!"

"Kaede-sama you needed to see me?" Kagome asked as she entered. When she closed the door she turned and saw that she wasn't alone. "I could waite outside if-" she said when "no its find my dear. Ms. Higurashi this Sesshomaru Taisho, Sesshomaru this is Kagome. She will be showing you around the campus and to your classes. Now lets not waste time and be your way to class" Kaede said as she pushed them out the door.

Sesshomaru was speachless, for the first time in his life he had no words to say. But he quickly recovered when he was shoved out the door. After collecting himslef he turned to her and asked "So what's first?"

Kagome's eyes widened when she heard his smooth, silky, gentle but yet commanding voice she began to get nervous. "U-u-um well lets have a look at your classes." She said hesitating at first but then she started to get some courage. When he handed her his schedule he took the time to fully acknowledge her.

She was was wearing what he would assume to be the girls uniform, it being of a white short sleeved shirt for the summer with a red bandana tied around it (A/n: come on people u know what I mean)and a short and I mean short green skirt with knee high socks and brown loafers.

He stopped she handed him back his classes. She smiled at him, "Looks like we're going to be classmates! You have the same classes I do except for study hall" she told him as they walked to class. He smirked at her and thought 'Maybe this school wouldn't be so bad after all'
