My Moon, Your Stars

A tall man of the age of 23 elegantly sat in one of the benches of the deserted park.

He briefly wondered why he was always alone and why no one talked to him in friendly ways of course, that's just the way he wanted it but still...No woman talked decently to him unless forced to and when they where not forced they spoke of him getting in their skirts. Personally he thought that disgusting. As he sat there, the moon shining in front of him he didn't see nor hear the shuffling of the grass and a petite young woman sat by him.

"Hey there may I sit here?" the young woman asked, her voice as majestic as the moon that shone upon them.

The young man looked at her and met cerulean eyes. He normally would have said to leave him alone and never come back...but she was...different. She had a serene and calm aura, and seemed innocent. "Do as you wish" he said, his voice void of emotion.

She said her thanks and sat by him. "The moon is beautiful don't you think?" she said, her eyes gazing at the moon.

"Hn." He muttered and she took it as a yes.

"The moon relaxes me and makes me forget about all of my troubles." She sighed while looking longingly at the stars.

"I wish I was a star, a being that has no troubles and shines brightly without remorse" she sighed once again and continued to look at the sky. Suddenly, the man spoke.

"I wish to be the moon, a being that has grace and is majestic" he stated with, at least, a bit of emotion. Then, she giggled.

"What?" He asked icily assuming she was laughing at him.

"Oh...no...nothing its just that I had a thought" She stated while looking into his golden eyes. He raised and elegantly silver eyebrow in question and she said,

"You can be my Moon and I can be your Star"

And with that, she bid goodbye to the man she met under his moon, amd her stars.
