Chapter 1(intro)

Driving up Leaf Drive was tending to prove quite the challenge. Yes, he was moving his family to the richest part of the city known as Osaka, it was just tiring. This was the fourth time that he packed up and moved taking his family along. But on could hardly call it a family. A mother who were the Kami's biggest slut and dreadful mother was to play a business man's 'oh so perfect wife' just didn't cut it. He was barely home so their precious daughter was not around both alot. Sure Sesshoumaru was with loving her and all, but his first concern was a roof and food for her. Ofcourse that would never happen, but with a bitch for a wife really didn't help. She constanly spent thousands a day, but all that changed two days previous. He could still see the look of shock when he stated that she would have a baby-sitter with her at ALL times when she was out with or without him. Somehow she always managed to purchase something with his pressence around. Jakoutsu Onigumo, his bestfriend's half brother was proving to be doing his job at the top notch. Now his wife was coming home with more 'decent' cloths, and he was laughing all the way to the bank as he was getting a different bank account.

Sighing he came to a stop before their new house. Mansion was more like it. It was the usual. A drive way, a marble fountain, seven car gurage , three stories and that's excluding the basement. There was lavish gardens towards the back with a pool about an average house's size. There was even stools and a platform assuming that it was a bar. Then there was the hot tub. It was a little ways down and had a more private setting. There was a low table nearby along with the massaging chairs for such.

Sighing once more he parked and went to carry his little Rin (who was asleep) inside and as he straightened with her in his arms, he saw Kagura striding the steps. Closing the door he moved to do the same when he saw a limo pull up. Turning he watched as a male with black hair, blue eyes , and dressed in only a pair or baggy light blue jeans. With his grey briefs showing. He walked up to the curb of the house next door to only come face to face with an older women. About thirty-eight, he guessed. Short black hair and firey brown eyes as she wore a simple black skirt at knee length and a creamy blouse and flats.

"Leave. You are not to go no where near my daughter." The woman scolded.

"Mrs. H., come on. Thats unfair. I love her and I didn't mean for her to get arrested." The male begged.

"But she did. Before you came along, she had a future. A psycologist. That was her dream, now its all you. She will be gradurating early and if this continues it wont happen. I am not going to watch my daughter screw up her life like you. She is a minor if you can't remember. I put up with you because I know you'r mother, but now I can't do it."

The male looked away and asked, "Can I at least say goodye?"

Folding her arms she sighed. "She's not here. She's at the company with her father."

Turning on his heel he jumped in the limo and left. Deciding to do the same, Sesshoumaru took a step, but the woman spoke to him. As he faced his next door neighbor, he noted that she was solomnly staring at his slumbering daughter.

"As parents, all we want for our kids are for them to make something of themselves and to be happy." Pausing the woman gave a warm smile. "Your a father. You'll see what one boy can do and I garentee that you won't like it. Just remember that she's always number one. Rather you both disagree or not, its her future that you must protect."

Sesshoumaru nodded and watched as she turned and made her way into her home. Caressing his daughter's crown of hair, he promised that he would cherish that.

"SESSHOUMARU!!!!!"

Sighing he entered his house. After all, that was a scream of distaste. He had the house already furnished and dreaded what Kagura would put in the house. Afterall, being witth her for five years were bound to do long life damage. He just had to find a way to leave the twit. But no matter what, he was going to take Rin.
