No More Secrets Chapter One

A/N: Here's the first installment of the sequel to Dirty Little Secret. I want to thank Kag0me, a reviewer from fanfiction.net for helping me along with the title and Priah for basically pimping it one of her authors notes. You guys are awesome!

I do want to address one little thing though: If it weren't for those who left me encouragement this wouldn't have happened. I got quite a few threatening reviews, as well as a few that insulted me. I almost wanted to stop because of it. Those comments were totally uncalled for and the last thing that will make me want to write a sequel. Of course these comments came from people who didn't read my notes at either the beginning or end of the chapters. You want to know what's going on, read the notes. Threatening me is going to do nothing but piss me off, and if I wasn't writing this for my own personal satisfaction I would stop where I left off with Dirty Little Secret.

I hope you all enjoy this new part of my little series!

Oh, I will write a drabble or oneshot for the first person to name all of the shows (other than the news report) that pop up when Kagome and Jakotsu are channel surfing! One for each of the places I post, FF.net and a single spark.

"Temperatures hit a record low today in the midwest -"

"What you talkin' 'bout Willis?"

"Fred Fredburger Fred Fredburger Fred Fredburger -"

"Naw, man...Wesley Pipes -"

"Damn it, Kagome!! Will you find a freaking channel and stay there?" She looked up from the couch and rolled her eyes at Jakotsu and promptly went back to channel surfing. "You are worse than Bankotsu, I swear." Her room mate of the last three years came and sat next to her on the couch. "You are depressed again. You are wearing sweats, your hair is in a messy ponytail, you've been crying, and you still have a little chocolate ice cream left in the corner of your mouth." He licked his finger like a mother would and began to inch toward the offending smudge only to be disappointed when she backed away and pouted, much like a child would.

Kagome looked over at him and sighed. "It's nothing, don't worry about it Jak."

He gave her the 'I know better' look. "Really? Then why do you look just like I did when Bank and I broke up for the millionth time?"

"I dunno," she shrugged her shoulders. "Because you are either a really femme man or I'm a really masculine girl?"

"Kagome," he said gently. "Talk about it, girl. We've known each other for five years now, I can read you pretty darn well." Ever since they met on the plane they had become fast friends. He helped her through thick and thin and she did the same for him. When she moved in with him it was just like having your best girlfriend around all of the time, though in this case her best girlfriend was a man and her boss.

She sighed, instantly telling him something was up. "Rin is getting married."

Jakotsu brightened up. "That's great, sweetie! Then why the long face?"

"Because if Rin is getting married that means that her father will be there."

"Yeah, and?"

"Remember when I told you about Sesshoumaru?" she asked.

"Oh yes," he sighed dreamily. "Such a tawdry tale of debauchery." He sat up straight again. "What's that got to do with anything? Tokyo is a big town, there isn't any guarantee that you will run into him." 'Even though I want to go with so that I may run into him!' he thought with a dirty laugh.

"Well, I know I will see him if I go to this wedding."

"Is he....." Kagome could see the wheels in his brain turning as the different emotions ran through his eyes. "Is he the man Rin will is marrying???"

Kagome's eyes widened. "No no no! Sesshoumaru is...."

"Quite the beefcake," Jakotsu finished for her.

She laughed and nodded in agreement. "He is, and I can't believe you just used the world beefcake."

"I call 'em like I see 'em honey."

"Sesshoumaru is Rin's father."

Jakotsu seemed to choke on his breath at Kagome's confession. "You mean you had been boinking your best friend's hot dad for six months before you came here?"

She nodded.

"And your best friend never knew?"

She nodded again.

"You dirty girl," he screeched. "That is such a Lifetime made for tv movie in the making!" he laughed.

Kagome pouted. "I didn't tell you so you would make fun of me, jerk."

She and Sesshoumaru had lost contact after her second year at NYU. Not really lost contact, per say. She would email and call yet he would never reply. After a year she finally stopped trying and decided to move on with her life. She had moved in with Bankotsu and Jakotsu not too far into her third year of school, which was quite convenient since Jakotsu had given her a job with his budding design company. Of course she didn't do much design, she was a history major, but she bent over backwards as his personal assistant to make sure that whatever Jak couldn't do she could. And that was how she met Kouga.

"Honey, I'm home!" a voice called from the entry way.

Jakotsu jumped up from the couch. "Oh, baby, I missed you so much today!" he squealed and ran to the person who just entered the small apartment.

Kouga laughed as the other man slid up beside him and gave him a kiss on the cheek. "Believe me, baby, I missed you more." He winked at Jakotsu and slapped him on the backside. As he walked into the living room he saw his girlfriend still in the same spot that he left her in that morning, the only change was the chocolate ice cream that was left on the corner of her mouth. "Hello, love of my life," he said as he sat next to her. "You know you have chocolate on your face." He licked his finger and went to wipe it away just like Jakotsu did and received the same results, Kagome scooting away and pouting.

Kagome looked up at him and offered him a weak smile. "Hey, Kouga." She leaned over and gave him a light kiss. "How was your day?"

"You know, same old same old." He loosened his tie. As much as it pleased his parents he was really regretting going into accounting and finance. Live on Wallstreet was enough make a young man go grey before thirty. "What's ruffled your feathers?"

"Her friend Rin is getting married," Jakotsu chimed, plopping down next to Kouga on the couch.

Kouga laughed. "That's it? I already told you after our first year I would marry you in a heartbeat!"

Kagome laughed lightly. "That's not it," she said. "I just don't know if I want to go. It's been five years since I've left this city, a year since I've set foot out of Manhattan." To be perfectly honest she had never told Kouga about her dirty little secret. Sesshoumaru was a subject she didn't really bring up much to her friends here. Their memories together were something special to her, she wanted to keep them for herself.

"Come on, babe. Don't you want to see your mother?" Kouga asked.

"Yeah, I do," she said.

"And I know that little brother of yours misses you."

"Even though he's not so little anymore."

"Yeah," Jakotsu interrupted. "How is the squirt and his little girlfriend doing?"

"They are eighteen and talking about marriage," Kagome said quietly.

Kouga shot up off of the couch. "Come on. Let's get a shower. We will go to Tiffany's and I will buy you the biggest ring in that damn store and we will get married tonight!"

She shook her head. "That's not it, Kouga."

"You mean you don't want to marry me?" he asked, shocked and a little upset.

Kagome closed her eyes. Both guys were giving her a massive headache. Inhale. Exhale. Inhale. Exhale.

It wasn't working.

She stood up. "I just want to go to bed, alright. Now I'm going to get a shower. Kouga, you are free to join if you would like."

"Can I?" Jakotsu asked.

She shook her head and rubbed her temples. "Why not, Jak. It wouldn't be the first time we've bathed together."

"You'e bathed with my girlfriend!" Kouga roared. Kagome grabbed his arm before he could charge the other male.

"Not like she has parts that I want. You on the other hand...." Jakotsu purred and then laughed at the look on Kouga's face.

"I'll take you up on that shower, babe. Come on, let's go before he tries to make another move on me." Kouga pulled her from the room, Kagome looked back at Jakotsu apologetically.

"We'll talk more after I dry my hair, ok?""

Jakotsu laughed and nodded before picking up the remote, doing exactly what he had yelled at Kagome for earlier.

"Fred Fredburger Fred Fredburger Fred Fredburger - "

"No one expects the Spanish Inquisition!"
