Prologue

"Death follows her every step, and until she dies life on earth will come to a slow end."

These were the words of the fortune teller, told to Lord Inutaisho. He had no idea who 'she' was, or where she was.

Frustrated beyond belief, he had stormed the country of Japan, only getting the same from every fortune teller.

He would never learn until the very end that he misunderstood the meaning of the message. Not only was there just a girl, but two girls, both very powerful, and both very kind in heart. But, only one needed to be destroyed, and the wrong one would be held captive.

Yet, this mere slip of a girl would alter the courses of history and win the heart that no one could, and conquer what all wanted.
