.:*Bloody Meeting & A Blue Beginning*:.

A dark starry blanket has covered the once sun filled sky. The stars twinkle and the crickets chirp in the silent night. All seems calm and peaceful, but deep in the forest there is a young girl completely covered in blood. Her black tresses that were once shiny and smooth like silk were now tied in knots and dull from the dirt and blood woven into them. Her white shirt and green skirt uniform was torn into pieces showing her bloody and injured body. Her sapphire eyes full of fear and tears look through the pitch black forest searching for something or someone. She senses a presence and walks towards it. When she finds the presence, she walks up to it holding up her slit wrists and whimpers, "It hurts. Please make it stop."

The ivory figure looks her over indifferently and some what coldly. Not only were her wrists slit, but also her throat, back, legs, arms, and chest.

"Please, it hurts. Make it stop," she whispered, her blank, sapphire eyes looking up to meet his gold ones.

He could smell his brother's blood upon her; the blood smelled of decay, his brother was gone from this world.

Coldly he asked "Why should I help you?"

"Please, make it go away"

Suddenly he feels a pulse on his left leg. He looks to see that his sword is pulsing and glowing iridescent blue.

"So Tenseiga, you wish to help this girl," he asks softly.

His golden eyes once again look over the girl before him. Her sapphire eyes begging him for help as blood runs down her body like a fountain and yet she still stands before him. Without a second thought the ivory figure quickly unsheathes his healing sword and strikes her with it, causing her wounds to heal.

"Thank you, Sesshomaru" she whispers before she slowly falls to the ground, sleep taking over her tired body.

"Interesting," the stoic demon lord replied, before gathering the young maiden into his right arm. He slowly rose into the sky as his demon cloud formed under his feet as he did he came face to face with the white glow of the full moon. He then turned west and flew towards his home, causing his silver hair and fluffy tail to flow in the night wind.

The morning sun light slowly creeps through the glass windows, which have one blue moon etched into the center of the window, in each of the hard wood patio doors and brings light to the once dark room. The light rises from the hard wood floor, over the dark blue table and chairs covered with an almost see-through golden silk and a huge bed that is covered with a sheer sky blue canopy. The bed lies in the center of the wall opposite of the patio door, which is slightly covered by a dropping sheer sky blue curtain, and to the left side of the bed on the floor is a white fluffy fur carpet. To the right of the patio doors is a huge blue marble with gold flecks wardrobe. The wardrobe doors and drawers are outlined with a gold trim. The wall adjacent to the right of the wardrobe is two large shoji 1 doors. Each of the walls are covered in a blue swirl design; in the background is a light and a dark sky blue colored circle check board affect and on top of that is two puffy cloud light blue swirls outlined in gold along with white flowers and light blue circles randomly placed. To help light up the room there are three gold candles on each wall. On each wall one gold candle is placed high up in the center of the wall and then the two more gold candles are placed near the corner of the wall. There are also two more candles placed on each side of the shoji doors. Each candle is held by a blue marble with gold flecks crescent moon. Not only does the sun light reveal the furniture in this blue room, but that a young maiden lies on the bed behind the curtains of the sheer canopy. Most of the maiden's body his hidden from view by the gold sheets and fur blanket. Her black tresses fan out around her head on the dark blue with gold sparkle pillow. The sun slowly dances up over the fur blanket and up to her tan circular face, causing her eyelids to flutter revealing sapphire orbs. She quickly closes her eyes and brings her hand up over her eyes to block the morning sun. After a few seconds she opens her eyes and removes her hand from her, she then quickly realizes that she is no longer in the forest as her eyes take in her surroundings. She sits up in the bed causing the fur blanket and gold silk sheets to fall to her waist revealing that she is wearing a simple dark blue silk kimono nightgown with gold spiral embroidery on the hem of the sleeves, neck line. She turns to the right and slowly pulls back the curtain of the sheer sky blue canopy to get a better look at the room she is in. What she sees leaves her speechless; never had she seen such a beautiful nor had she ever thought a room ever existed. She can see the sunlight entering from the windows in the wooden patio doors and making the room shine with a lustrous glory, even the white fur carpet on the floor to the right of the bed seem to sparkle. Suddenly to her left shoji doors open, causing Kagome to turn to her left and open the canopy curtain to reveal a neko youkai. The neko had shinny brown hair that is pulled back into a high bun on the back of her head with chopsticks that had to purple ornament hanging of the end, but few curly stands lay loose upon her pale youkai forehead. Her almond shaped light blue eyes compliment her pale demon skin and hair, but also the plain black kimono she wore. The neko slowly entered and bowed low, while saying," Good morning, Lady Kagome. My name is Yume and I will be your servant."

Kagome quickly asked "Servant?"

"Yes, Lord Sesshomaru told me to take care of all your needs," she softly replied as she stood back up and lavender met sapphire orbs.

"Sesshomaru?"

"He brought you here late last night, you were covered in blood as well as unconscious, so Lord Sesshomaru asked me to clean you up and give you something to wear."

"Thank you."

"Your welcome, my lady. Would you like to take a bath, before going to breakfast?"

"Yes, I would like that very much, but you don't have to clean me I can do it myself just show me where to go."

"Yes, my lady," Yume replied as she once again bowed. "This way my lady"

Yume lead Kagome to the bathing room and when they entered Kagome was once again in shock from the beauty that she saw before her.

The bathing room held a huge liver shaped tub where steam could be seen rising off of the water surface where also white lily pads floated. On the both sides of the hot tub gray boulders formed small flowing water falls and, between the water falls, on the side farthest from the door, stood one weeping willow hovering over the water and at its feet exotic flowers of every color ever thought of were seen. Leading up to the tub is a hard wood floor and in front of the tub rests a neatly folded up white towel. To light the room, three candles are placed on all four walls. On each wall one gold candle is placed high up in the center of the wall and then the two more gold candles are placed near the corner of the wall. There are also two more candles placed on each side of the shoji doors. Each candle is held by a gold marble crescent moon.

Kagome slowly walks up closer to the tub to see that it is made of it black and white marble and that there are steps trimmed in gold that lead down into its hot waters.

From behind Kagome, Yume asks "Is there anything that you need?"

Kagome turns to reply with a smile "No thank you, Yume."

"I shall return within the hour, my lady"

Yume then bows before leaving. Kagome without a second thought removes her kimono nightgown and steps into the warm water. She sits her self down under the weeping willows branches and lets her sore body soak. As time goes on Kagome begins to think to herself.

"What happen last night? I remember Inuyasha fighting Naraku and that Naraku used me as a shield. I remember lots of pain and blood, but nothing else. Why am I in Sesshomaru's castle? Where are the others? Are they alive? Inuyasha...please don't' be dead...

Kagome started to cry at that the possibility that Inuyasha was gone.

No Kagome, you must not think that way. He is alive and he will come get me.

Using the back of her hand Kagome quickly dried her face from the fallen tears.

As if in cue the shoji doors opened and there stood Yume.

"My lady, are you alright. I smell your tears."

"It's nothing."

Yume nodded in response.

"Are you done with your bath?"

"Yes," Kagome replied as she walked out of the tub to dry off.

"I have brought you a kimono to wear, my lady. Do you need assistance in putting it on?"

"No, I can do it"

Yume then walked up to Kagome, handed her a neatly folded dark blue kimono with dark blue obi with gold sakura blossom and traditional Japanese socks and shoes sitting on top. Kagome quickly put the kimono and tied it up the obi. The kimono she wore was completely dark blue except for the gold sakura blossoms that adorned her left shoulder and on the hem of her left sleeve and on the bottom on the kimono.

"Well, what do you think?"

"You look absolutely stunning in that kimono. My lady, please allow me to fix your hair."

"Sure," Kagome replied

Yume already held two dark blue chopsticks in her hand that had gold swirls pained upon it and gold tear drop ornaments hanging off the ends. Kagome turned her back to Yume and then sat down on the ground with her legs underneath. Yume then came up behind her and with in seconds Kagome's hair was pulled back into a bun with only two curly strips of hair going down the side of her face.

"I'm done my lady."

"Thank you," Kagome replied as she once again stood up on her feet.

"Oh I almost forgot. My lady, Lord Sesshomaru wishes to speak with you after you have eaten your breakfast."

"Why does he want to talk to me?"

"I don't know"

"Well I guess I'll just have to wait and see."

Yume only nodded in response to her statement before saying "My lady, please follow me to the dining room."

Kagome quietly followed Yume out of the bathroom and towards the dinning room while thinking to herself... "What could Sesshomaru possibly want to talk about?"
