This is a good start to an interesting story. It seems like I read something similiar to this but slightly different. Cannot remember the name of the piece but it too, started out with Kags going home, finding family dead (shot by her father who was a criminal) and bringing Sota back to the feudal era only in that story he was younger. Maybe it was a challenge or something I don't know. Yours has a bit of a mystery because we don't know who or why the parents were killed.

Please don't let this one fall to the wayside. Keep it going...it is enjoyable and I look forward to reading more.

*hugs and smiles*

I'm up for betaing. Only for a few months though, as of Mid-may, I'm leaving the country for 11 weeks. I'll be back after then, though.

I had such hopes for this story but it seems you must have lost faith and interest in it. It's been since 11/8 since your last update and I've made the decision to remove it from my fav list. It's disheartening to check daily and come up empty. If you decide to renew the story, please e-mail me and I will replace it on my fav list.

Oh please! Don't get disheartened and forsake this story. I just added it to my favorites list and intend to check daily for updates. I'm glad Souta survived and now he has a hard struggle to adjust to living in a completely new world. Just had a thought. What if Sess takes Souta under is wing and teaches him the way of a warrior as payment to Kag for teaching Rin the beginnings of womanhood. I'm just excited about all the potentials this story has. I anxiously await to see what your imagination has in store for your readers. Again, please don't abandon this story.
