usually i don't read fics this long but i saw the summary and decided to give it a try. so since the first chappy hooked me i will read to the end.

OMG!!!! Your story is amazing. It's as good as any published book and even better. ^_^ It is so well written and very thought out. The details you have are amazing and beyond compare. I had actually started reading/looking at the Deviant Art version before I relized it was actually a Fanfiction. I was so surpirsed and excited when I relized that!!! I'm soooo glad that I got to read this. Again I have to say that this has got to be one of the best Fanfics I have ever read. Great Job!!!!!!!!!!

A beautiful ending to a rather excellent story, Shadow!

After finally getting the chance to finish reading this story, my only wish is that it never ended.

I loved the 'going into hell' scene. The way you portrayed the Dark World was ... chilling. Also, the way Inu and Sesshy's relation evolved after that scene was quite pleasing.

It took me a while to ajust to the time travel and all it implied, but it lead to an amasing story.

Poor Kagome; thinking she'll be going back to her time/her times icy Sesshomaru. But instead, I think she overshot just a bit and wound up in a time where she and Sesshomaru are a couple. Cute to think that she still uses the well to visit her modern family and that Jaken and Ah-Un stand waiting for her. So sweet!

I really like the idea for this fic. The battle scene at the end of the first chapter is my favorite so far.

I only have one problem with your writing. You have some really great lines, but then you use them over and over, only worded a little differently. Maybe be a little more straight forward, rather than dawdle on the same imagery for so long. Otherwise, really good writing.

Hi, before I start, even though this isn't a completely praise-full review, it isn't meant to be a flame. I will explain what I didn't like about the story in a polite manner and while I don't expect you to take my critique to heart, I hope you consider it, just in general for your writing. (Of fanfiction, at least.)

First off, you're a really good writer. (Yeah, that's not a critique...) I read your first story, My Experiment, and I really liked it. My favorite line is when Kagome tells Sesshoumaru to "Go pitch a tent in someone else's bed." I think you have a real flair for humor in writing. So when I say I didn't like this story, Tears of the Fallen, it is in no way because you lack the skill to actually put sentences together or clearly describe events. My problem with the tale is mostly in its foundation.

Admittedly, I'm not very fond of Action-Adventure. I tend to skim the parts with fighting, preferring character interaction. Your action scenes were concise and to the point, not drawn out like some writers have a tendancy of doing. I've liked action-adventure stories before. (Based on this story, I think you might like The Portal by Rinseternalsoul, I think is the author.)

But despite this, I wish there were some interactions you had developed more. I found myself wishing this were a Toga/Kagome story, rather than a Sess/Kag, because Kagome interacted better and more believably with frisky, ole Toga than she did with Sesshoumaru. It seemed like a big jump from fighting with the harpies, to Sesshoumaru and Kagome almost kissing. He was younger and all, but he hated humans and spent most of his time with Kagome being pissed off at her. And alternately impressed. But it seemed more like he was just beginning to respect her, not even considering lusting after her. I thought that was too much, too soon. At the very least, I think he would have hidden his feelings (the guy had to have been confused, after all. Why was he attracted to a human, How could she be so strong, etc etc.)

I liked the part where Kagome jumped forward to her being mates with Sesshoumaru and him sneaking into her bed and feeling her up while she slept. That could have been really funny, but it kind of lacked that when Kagome started sobbing all over herself like she had been doing the whole story. (More on that later.) My real issue was that time was taken between Sesshoumaru and Kagome to explore this happenstance. She didn't get to talk with him about anything, about each other and she didn't even interact with her son.

Which brings me to my next point. While it's really... adorable to name character's progeny after their ancestors, in literature it's confusing. The name Toga stirs up the image of Sesshoumaru's father, not Kagome's son. The name Inuyasha calls to mind Inuyasha, not Sesshoumaru's second son. In movies or on TV, it's different because we have a face to look at that is so clearly not someone else. In fiction, it's harder, because a name or a distinctive feature is how we recognize someone - we don't have images to recognize.

Also, little known fact in the fanwriting community, but in Eastern culture it was considered incredibly offensive and really bad luck to name a child after an ancestor or someone famous. I think the basic idea is because how could the child ever live up to its name, and if it didn't, the name would be linked with something distasteful, and that would piss the ancestor off. Or the famous guy. Whichever.

Personally, I think it takes away from the the person's/child's identity, partly because I, as the reader, get confused, and also just as a practice for life. My uncle is named the exact same thing as his father and he says he wished he had changed his name legally before it ended up on so many important documents and papers. (Like his diploma, etc.) That was kind of off topic, but my point is think of the children! (I say that last part in a jovial manner. i don't really think you're hurting anyone.)

The thing that bother me the most, though, and the reason why I think this piece just didn't work for me is essentially structure. The whol Tears of --- thing. I could have done without it. It was a cool idea, but the chapters were too short for it to work and Kagome to not turn into a bluthering ninny. Which she kind of did.

What was even more annoying was that she would start crying in the middle of chapters, and then again at the end! It was cool when you would trade the tears for something like rain, and I was kind of expecting you to have other people cry every once in a while, but Kagome cried practically every chapter.

I know on the show and in the manga, she's kind of a ditz and she definitely cries often enough, but she's actually really tough, too. When faced with Sesshoumaru trapping her in a bedroom after being woken by his wandering hands, I can't see Kagome just falling to her knees and sobbing the minute her first plan falls through. She had the amulet, didn't she? She would have bluffed or backed up, maybe, grabbed a chair and tried to lion-tame the "beast", but I just can't see Kagome crying right off.

That was something strange about the Kagome you created. She was supposed to be strong and brave (and she certainly did have more powers than in canon and kicked a lot more ass - woo hoo for her!) but then she'd go and cry every fifteen minutes. It was back and forth, like a pregnant lady on hormones. Somehow, Kagome managed to have the blithering characteristics of her (wimpy) stereotype so often portrayed in fanfiction and the strong, power of the improved version I've been seeing pop up everywhere. I know it's difficult to get Kagome's character down because she spends about five minutes onscreen per episode, but this was like she was stretched in both directions. I would prefer the strong Kagome, personally, and nothing against a good cry. (I probably would have after the whole I thought I was going to be raped - thing, but only after I managed to kick the guy's butt or the whole misunderstanding was over and explained by dear Sesshy.)

Okay, so this is the end of this tangent-filled and probably really obnoxious review. I know you've already finished the story and I think I got snarky and a bit repetitive towards the end (these review boxes only show something like a sentence at a time) and I'm sorry for that. I've taken a lot of Creative Writing courses before, and I don't say that to say I know more, just that I tried to construct this review like we're supposed to in class. I would only bother sending this long-ass review because I thought it was worth it. By all means, keep it up. You're a good writer with a great deal of skill and you are exceptionally good at writing action scenes, something even someone such as me, who doesn't like reading action, could appreciate. To wrap it up, I think the real problem was just with the whole basic premise (not the time travelling, that was way cool and well-explained) but the Tears of --- bit. Redundant.

Hello my friend. I am so very proud of you...but you already know that, right? From beginning to end you kept me totally captivated and amazed with your writing talent and wonderful imagination. I am so pleased with your diligence to get this fic completed but not leaving me disappointed when the end finally came. You are and always will be one of my most favorite writers. You have such a wide range of writing skills [creating angst, drama, comedy and especially smut]. You deserve every award you get and in my opinion, first place in many categories. Still, Toga giving him too much tonic was mean and poor Sesshoumaru not getting any for a year...I'm surprised he even got to see the birth of little InuYasha, which by the way is a very befitting name in memory of her best friend. I also love Toga's hentai nature. He's so good at it. At least he keeps his hands to himself and only says things subtly to get a rise out of his victim. WOW!!!!! I loved it, what a great ending. This story is one of my favorites, and like Harry Potter it was bittersweet when i finally finished the final word. I am glad you did not leave Kagome to die, because then poor Sesshoumaru would have been the one shedding tears. I loved you having their Second child named Inuyasha, that was touching. Sesshoumaru wanted to mate with poor Kagome again right after she had given birth, poor thing. Oh well it was an amazing story with an even more spectacular ending, and you even added a moral, which all Fairy Tales are supposed to have. I hope to read more from you soon.

You do what few authors can do to me effectively and on a regular basis with your writing, and that is make me cry. Happy tears... All of the tears, really, as cheesy as that sounds in relation to the title of this story. It's something about your phrasing that is akin to poetry. As I read the final chapter, you made me cry, even though I knew how it was going to end. You made me gasp in anticipation and fear and worry and I seldom get caught up in a story like that ever. I have fallen head over heels in love with this story. The idea and the writing style is very well done. The development of character in both Sesshomaru and Toga made it such an excellent story. I cannot wait until the final chapter to see what becomes of the two. I`ll admit there are times when even I don't understand what excatly is going on but over all I find it ver well done. The Tears of the Fallen Dousinji is looking very nice as well.

I totally loved Sesshoumaru coming up to him and kicking him to get up and he in turn told Sesshoumaru to "go f*** yourself". That was sooo InuYasha! "Tears of the Fallen" is so very special, as are you, but it deserves it's own award for being so great. I have yet to see anyone who could come up with a fic that has so many "tears" of emotions and be able to accurately fit each act into the end of each chapter so believably. And I am sooo glad she has gotten to bring Toga home [Feudal Era] with her too. It would be a hoot to take him home to meet Mama knowing the womanizer he is but I guess that that would really be pushing the time constaints, ne? He's got to go back, right?[or maybe not?] Sesshoumaru's reaction or the lack of one to seeing his father again was amusing. Always the arrogant ass. You have probably already heard this by now, but I figured in case you haven't I would mention it. According to the anime, Ryuukotsusai (or however it's spelled) was sealed by Inu no Taisho's CLAW. (Episode 53). I don't know about the manga, though. Since I just finished 'Tears of the Liberated' I thought I give you my two cents. ;)

this is truly an amazing fan fic. The way you have laid out the entire story is so well done. I've only come across a very small handful of sess/kag fics that are this well out together. I really look forward to when you post the next chapter ^_^

"jikoku no kireme" sounds a little strange to me. First of all, jikoku is used for specific times, like the starting time of a meeting, or for time schedules, time tables, and those sorts of things. I think "jikan" sounds better. Second of all, "jikoku" sounds a lot (to Japanese people) like "jigoku," which means "hell." That's how I read it at first, and I was a touch confused.

After Toga does that maybe his spirit combines with that of Kagome's & Sesshomaru's son. Well, it was a pure wish. A 'worthy' wish often turns out to be subconciously selfish in some way. I loved the way she teased him. I wish he Would become a god at his death. There seem to be far too few looking after youkai.

I hope that Kagome's accidental wish turns out for the better...such as the reunion of father and his sons. Sess and Yasha seems to need to have him in their lives, especially Yasha. I know this sounds so mushy and cliche but I'm hoping that Toga is there for the birth of Sess and Kag's first born son.

Excellent story and this reader appreciates the time and effort that you have been putting into this story to bring it to its nearing conclusion. All I can say now is that you are still one of my favourite authors. Great job :)

Well, I can't get angry for taking this chapter so long ot be posted. I bet it was quiete hard to write, specially because Sesshomaru is very stubborn and he had to change his attitude towards Kagome.
I must say I shed a tear or two with this chapter but the end left me with hope for a near future together for these two.

Hopefully it won't take much longer to Kagome to realize her feelings towards Sesshomaru. Oh well, Tears of the Hopeful.

i know that the chapter speaks for it's self, but i would be good to see how they come to be together. to read the hardships that they have to go through. so please write at least another chap to explain that.

I canfeel this story coming to its climatic ending, whether it be sad or happy it is a great story. Chapters 27 & 28 (especially 28) was very heart wrenching with Rin's little story at the end. I almost cried. *blinks back tears* I always get so emotional whenever I hear about the sadness or trials and tribulations that very young children seem to go through. Oh well, great job. Update soon...love your writings. :)

I liked it, though I'm partial... lol Only suggestion, cause you asked for it, is to make the fight itself more entertaining than desperate... If it was such a challenge to beat this, then the end fight must be way harder, or it just wont live up to it. Still love the story. First I've ever read where not only did they have to bond in the first place, but rebuild it again, and even harder the second time.

I know that this is behind, but to answer your question it was his claw that sealed the dragon to the mountain side. I have all of the current box sets and have read the manga, it was Inu no Taisho's sealing claw that placed him there!!! GREAT story I'm absolutly in love with it!! Keep up the great work.

Oh!!! That was just so cool! The battle was done superbly like the rest of your battle descriptions. To me, the battle felt more realistic. It took strength, speed, cunning wit, instinct, and a bit of luck to overcome the super cool metal dragon. (which i might add, is a very unique and original opponent) What I liked about it is that you didn't do the whole "Overkill" where you just sum up an intense special magic from Sess's sword or Kags purity and just blow up the dragon to smithereens.
Moving on, the whole scene with holding hands was just so damn cute!!! It made me feel all warm and fuzzy. Chee! Anywho, great job and you deserve a much needed rest. (I can't wait till Kag and Sess kiss!! ^_^)

Hello, my friend. Sorry I didn't review sooner, but Missouri got hit with it's worst ice storm in 20 or 30 yrs. We hit the news and were in a state of emergency with the national guard to keep things in check here too. Missourians are usually pretty desent folks so there was alot of helping neighbors all around. My mom and I are disabled so my husband and daughter made sure after the first day and night in no electric to find us a hotel room for 3 days til power come back on at home. We've got like 10 trees that have dropped lots of debris and 2 trees hang over our mobile home and one's branches are on the power lines that we are responsible for because they're on our land, but God is good all the time and we're staying here praying God to keep those trees from breaking and destroying our home. I really missed my internet though. I have a laptop but most power connections and phones were so sporatic that I couldn't get to read my stories. But, I'm glad to come home to an update and I really liked this one. Rin got Sesshoumaru to hold Kagome hand...and the battle scene,wow, you did great. I can see the creature you were describing and can actually feel the energy as the battle insued. You're doing a good job with those, keep it up. And the last scene where Kagome looked at Sesshoumaru and said, "Your eyes...They care", fantastic!!! Gosh, I wish I had an imagination like you and Vague and Rinseternalsoul , I could keep myself entertained for quite some time. I am totally awed by your imagination to be able to write so many fics and keep them up the way you do. Since I don't though I so delighted to have you here to keep me from going insane and bringing me more joy and laughter than you know.

Even though I know you are know for your lemons, you did a great job with the fight scenes. I love the imagery you used in the being of the chapter to describe the setting. You really take the reader to the time and place which I think is very important. It was like I could see what you were writing. Can't wait to see what is instore for Kagome and Sess. I have been reading this for the last few days and I just have to say that I love it. So many tears, and so many ups and downs it was great, and your battle scenes are really good.

I personally hate to write battle scenes and so what do I do? I start another story full of nothing but battle scenes. And what was worse it was only suppose to be a one shot. Gah I think I'm in over my head here. (Jeez Keva this is suppose to be about Shadow and her story not me and mine.) Sorry!

That was so sad! I made me cry...

I'll admit that I was a little dissapointed in Sesshomaru for believing that Kagome would call up dark demons. After all that they have been through in the past, he should have known that she would never do that, even if she had deceived him about her true relationship with Inuyasha. That certainly didn't make her evil. Poor Kagome. So many tears.

Sometime in the future they are going to get together. He just has to fall in love again or more or something to forget.

This is about the first time I leave a review on ASS, so I hope this is how it's done.... anyway, I'm writing to tell you that you have a rather good story brewing on, I am an avid reader, so, needless to say, I have read a lot when it comes to the Sess/Kags pairing, and though it isn't rare to find that the troublesome miko is guided by Toga and even several have tried to give her his third lost heirloom, none had managed to give it a realistic feel like you, usually they make things far too easy and Kagome insanely powerful, which doesn't appeal to me in the slightest. Then comes the sesshy/Kags relation in and of itself, you have made it flow beautifully, giving several hints to the future without being too unrealistic about it, and giving him the icey and aloof manners that such a haughty character demands while still softening him to Kagome, making both him someone she can love with his warmer nature, and she someone he can love back with her pure power and unbridled fire. A very good job indeed, also there's Toga, I tend to imagine him more like you describe him, honorable, yet warmer than Sesshy and playful, from the meetings you appointed him with Kagome it is much more believable that he thought of her with the third wapon, instead of just having him appear to her in dreams/visions (Which I consider unfair, Sesshy was the son and the usual context is that either he neglected Sesshy for Inu, hence the animosity, or that Sesshy still seeked his guidance, and there he would have to talk to Sesshoumaru to make things right or to console him at least!) and either guide her telling her to love and support his son or straight forward give her the weapon (Sword, usually) oops, looks like I've ended up giving a monstruosity of review, but I hope you don't overly mind. By the way, have you ever thought of posting this on fanfiction.net? Sounds like it would get a lot of reviews :)

P.S: I loved the puppy Sesshy detail, it was sooo cute, plus I also support the fact that youkai tend to keep their true forms when so young. Congratulations for such a story.

ahhhh, Its been so long since I've actually been able to sit down an read a good fanfic that has been able to keep my attention. I truly give props to you for having such a way with words to so reveal such a well thought plot (or lack there of, still good though). Truely the amusement that this story did not come to a rest while you write the next chapter but instead in my girlfriend(and her smut loving self .) to comment that I was only reading a R an not a NC-17. I laugh at her at times because the simple writing that you have layed down is much more pleasing than any NC-17 fanfic could amuse me. I am much awaiting the next chapter of this story of Kagome's travels that stretch through time and emotion.

I have really enjoyed reading this story so far. The characters stay (as much as possible) as they should. I do have a question though, I kind of missed a connection I think. When all of Kagome's way back time travel begins it is by Sess throwing his sword to (at) her and knocking her down the well. In this chapter... he has it again, this is her current time correct? so I guess my question is... Does this chapter take place before that event? I somehow knew you were going to make Kagome the reason behind his anger and resentment towards her in the Feudal Era. Just seems that dang well keeps deposting her in the wrong timelines and poor girl has no knowledge of how to act or react to things that are going on. Toga sure as heck wasn't very forthcoming with any hints that she could pick up on. InuYasha dying to save her was quite heart wrenching and how else was she to react to seeing her best friend alive? You're really pulling out all the stops with this time jumping plotline. Very interesting. I like seeing Jaken being subserviant to Kagome from time to time. Poor Kagome and her confusion. And the many incarnations of Sesshoumaru are adorable. I'm exicted to see the confrontation between Kagome and Sesshoumaru now that she's back in the feudal era. Hopefully she will finally get some decent answers for her concerns. I imagine he did was so cruel to her for so long was jealousy and confusion that his scent was no longer a part of her. If I'm right, I'm going to reward myself with a cookie.

Great story, however, just a note...A can is cylindrical in shape. A ball is spherical. So a tennis ball cannot return to a cylindrical shape. It has to return to a spherical shape. Can = Cylinder Ball = Sphere

I love it! Nothing is better than an author who can keep track of time jumping craziness. Not many do (not that I'm important or anything), but not many writers can get my attention so well. Another wonderful chapter as always. I find your style of writing and character portrayals to be very refreshing. While I can't offer any help about whether it is a claw or fang I can offer some insight into the differences in spellings.There are two different versions of the symbol for 'tsu.' One of the is regular sized and and would then actually be sounded out as in tsuki/moon. The other is smaller and actually just adds stress/enunciation to the beginning of the next sound. Thus ryuukotsusei=ryuukossei. I couldn't tell you about the lack of the second u, mostly I attribute it to the differences between stress and pitch languages and the translator feeling it was unnessisary. Thsi is the cause for the differences in spelling of Tetsusaiga/Tessaiga. I have never seen Sesshoumaru written out in hiragana, but his name must also have the small version of the tsu symbol to attain that double ss.

I, too, agree with the the others that it was his father's claw that created the seal. I am also glad that she's seeing Toga again. I was hoping she'd get to know him better. 2. When we saw the Toga's body he had both fangs, a little shaved off the left one but both were still there.
3. And finally the last which is more a question of jaw flexibility; How would he have sunk his fang into Ryuukotsusei like that?

I've always seen it as claw, in the 1st movie that moth guy was sealed with a claw, so I'd say claw. It doesn't look like a fang in either version. There's a lot of variation between translations.

I think it is a fang really. o.o I mean, if you take a look at the ending credits of some of the earlier episodes in the anime, you will see that the Inu no Tashio is missing 3 fangs... Two of them used for swords, the other one for sealing. I mean it kinda makes sense if you think about it. His fangs which made powerful swords is a powerful sealer. Then again, a lot has been lost and gained in the translation from the manga to the anime, so who knows.

I don't know if this episode is out on dvd yet but when they are looking for the last shard in the netherworld and finally get there they show a picture of the Inuyasha's father's skeleton and i believe it was his left fang that was broken almost in half

Just taking a moment to tell you how awesome your story is! I used to visit this site a lot, but once all of the great stories were read I was only coming back to check up on stories by rinseternalsoul, beautifulsilentdeath and a few other of my favorite authors. I know the writers on this site try to do the best they can, but the talent is not always there. So anyways I just happened to be scanning through the updated list when I came upon 'Tears of the Fallen'. Let me tell you I have read a lot of Inuayasha fan fics (emphasis on a lot) and this is with out a doubt one of the greatest stories I have read. You really take the reader on a journey. Keep up the great job!

In the anime, it's a claw. Myouga told the story to the group, and when Inuyasha came upon him, he was sealed by a claw -like a giant version of one of a dog's nails. ^^

Okay again love the fanfic. I checked my anime collection and in the translated adult swim version Myouga says, "And look where your father's claw has pierced him".

I fell upon your story and it is absolutely wonderful, I would have thought to have lost interest in it by now just reading through a couple of chapters but my interest had only peaked. So far every single chapter catches my interest and have me wondering what tears will fall next. Though, I was wondering if you can tell me why is it, that Kagome will not let Sesshoumaru kiss her? Well my favorite part in the latest chapter would have to be the part on where Kagome tries to get Sesshoumaru to keep her warm with his fur. It would seems this action will work with about just everyone. Looking forward to your next installment.

I love this story. It's the only one I've checked daily for updates ^_^. For the tears thing, as many have said before, don't always make it Kagome. Yes, I can see your PoV when it comes to how fast she can switch emotions and stuff like that but...others can cry too. Have Ah-Un cry with joyfullness that Kagome made it out of the mountain alive or something like that...just a suggestion. Great story, keep it up ^_^

I know it will not disappoint. There are many ways for you to end a chapter the way you have been doing so, but not necessarily with Kagome the one in tears. Perhaps her sharing a story, a nearby stranger, an old memory that's resurfaced, etc. There are so many ways to go about doing it. No matter what the outcome of the next and future chapters are, I am sure it will be fantastic-- just as fantastic as the chapters I have read today. I hope to see an update soon. You've seriously got me addicted to this story like a drug.

Mainly for the way Sesshoumaru was out into it. He's like a closed room; You have no idea what is within it, but it also drowns your curiosity, anxiety, fear, and lots of other emotions, that might or might not also reside inside it as well.
He's not onw to take for granted. ^_^
I loved to see how he felt about the way he treated Kagome, and some way, how he feels around her in general.
Btw, about the tears thing: there are a lot of feeliings that can be attached to tears... even tears that are not physical: like tears of the heart, the soul, from within... things like that.... or even a theme that doesn't have to be sorrowful tears, or tears at all; you can simply put the feeling... don't know o.O
The only thing I really ask for is PLEAE don't shorten your chapters!!!! T.T
Even if they take loger to be out... we can wait, really, for such an amazing story as this is; 'cause if you make them shortter some feelings, actions, moments will lose the importance that you've already given them by writting in such an amazing, descriptive, anf full of life and feeling style.
Please do not change your ways just to acomodate to somebody else, you and youre style are perfect the way they are; apart from that, if you want to improve in your own accord, or you need yo write shorter chapers because YOU fell like it; then that's PERFECT! Every story has emotions running threw them. Only a few people can capture them the way you do. Do not not give up on your story because you can't come up with an idea for more tears for her to shed.
You have writen 7 chapters of different emotions and only a few days has passed for them both. Don't you think that you yourself can have that many emotions in one day. So what if we see that emotion again and if you need different words to describe those emotions check out a Thesaurus. I found over ten different words to replace lost.
Don't give up on yourself, to me that is what you are leading too. You have a great story and it really needs to continue.
I have given up on myself and kick myself everyday when I sit infront of my computer because the words just don't want to come out. Don't give up!!

And if you don't know what to do, you can have Sesshoumaru's own feelings close a chapter once in a while, making it so that you imply that though he's not outwardly crying, he is feeling terrible inside: tears of the silent, tears of the ambitious, tears of the loner, tears of the conqueror, tears of the ruthless, tears of the wicked, tears of the enlightened, tears of the powerless, tears of the regretful...

maybe you could end the crying thing by have one chapter be a sort of turn-around, and then each chapter could end with her laughing or something...just an idea :)

There's two reasons why I like reading your stories so much:
They are really, really good. You have great ideas, no... disturbing "authors comments" squeezed in between the lines, no errors (at least none that I can see) and a good plot;
and you update regularly. Even though it depends very much on how a ff is written and everything it's just boring to wait for... months (years!) for another update.

So keep up just the way you are - it's perfect!!!

Oh you most definitely excel at writing battle scenes. I followed it all well and still felt - not only the emotions of the victims - but Kagome's intense desire to see them safe - at the expense of her life if need be. As for any reader's who would complain of a brave Kagome, well, obviously they don't watch the anime. I do. I own all seasons and all the movies. Kagome is very brave, and if Inuyasha and her friends were not there she would have done just what you wrote. She would protect the innocent and weak with everything she had. Bravo! For a wonderful job on this chapter.

Shadow your fics are just fabulous! You always manage to entertain every aspect you can in a story. I always find myself laughing, crying and just so satisfyingly happy whenever you write. You have an unmeasurable talent to keep the reader interested. Keep up the good work. And yeah, I'd like to see a more indepth story with Inu no Taisho. He seems to be a very wide spectrum character. It would be a hoot if he had Seehoumaru and Kagome destined to be together by Tensaiga seeing is how your story has started this line anyways. Maybe she could stay with him longer and well.... The word leeches conjured this image of a blobby guy with tentacles and slimy stuff but I definitely like your leech guy better. I think you portrayed Kagome very well. Perfect. I've never seen Kagome as week...and dislike the stories that portray her as such. A person doesn't have to be a warrior to be strong. Heros are often not the ones who wear armor..but the ones who gladly sacrifice themselves to protect the knight.

You are, without a doubt, the bestest person in the world. I absolutely love your stories. When I saw that you had posted a new one I was so excited that I scared my friend with my “Yes!!’*hand clench*.

I just wanted to make a suggestion because I understand how difficult ending each chapter with tears is going to be. Do the tears have to be Kagome’s? If not you could do something like Kagome encounters people who are crying. Lets say they come across a destroyed village and as they view the destruction the people are all crying about their loss so it could be Tears of the Mourning. Or they could chance upon somebody, help them and as they leave they could cry so it could be Tears of the Thankful. Also, because smell is so predominant in these stories thanks to our boys, they could sniff some tears out.

Still trying to wrap my brain around temporal paradox, but I think I got it. Just curious, but did you find it hard to keep all that straight when you were writing it? Ya know I have to say it would be very interesting to see what our demented minds could come up with. Or we may just be run off with pitch forks and torches for what we might be able to make sess and kags do. Thats not to say that i am not up to the challenge, i think it would be rather interesting and fun. I am going on vacation this week and between bedtime and get up time i will shake my brain and see what falls out. Hopefully not my brain.
