It would be great if you did a sequel where maybe Inuyasha comes and tries to win Kagome back and gather's all the other shards so she has to fight him but it only serves to bring Sesshomaru and Kagome closer :)
but sometimes its best to leave things as they are so don't add to the story unless you know it going to work :)
