Well, it hasn't QUITE been a full year yet and Kagome's hair has been growing in the mean while, but it's not yet back to the original length. I feel my own hair grows out fairly quickly but I'd need more than a year to grow my hair out that much.

Happy belated new year to you too, I'm sorry this reply comes so late.

I'm so glad to you enjoyed the chapter and that you appreciate my portrayal of Sesshoumaru - I prefer to make him a bit softer than much of the fandom usually would.

Also the romance will come, but slowly and with baby steps. Despite all the healing, the emotions are still quite raw in this story.
Feedback from Utsukushi tenshi: I would like to know, it's been a year since kagome cut her hair short is her crowning back to it's glorious length? Thanks..
