I suppose they could establish themselves in the West again, but I don't really think either of them would wish to do so. They turned their backs on that life, so I don't think they should just waltz back in when they wish and feel it convenient to them. I think, though, that they will do a lot of visiting, at least once they have managed to work out all the bitterness. And that perhaps some of the old members of the court would still view them as the Lord and the Lady.

It means a lot to me to hear that I did a good job and to have my readers understand the message I was trying to get through. Though you said everyone should be able to understand it now, I'm afraid that might not be the case, but I suppose there are also some readers who choose to misunderstand, and to whom the whole subject feels so controversial that they can't and don't want to understand. But reviews like yours make it all worthwhile, so thank you!

I knew I was going to upset some people, though some of the reviews I got still managed to get to me. Still, I was never going to give up on this story, especially when it was so close to finishing. I do feel a bit sad for the readers who chose to give up on this story, though, but that was their decision.

Yeah, well, Satori's shocks aren't done, lol. When I get around to actually typing out the next chapter, anyway. Of course, Sesshoumaru's in for his own surprises about his mother's past.

I plan to have Yoshi understand eventually, though there will be a phase during which he begins to feel abandoned and doesn't even want to try to understand. Because it would just be too unrealistic to have him be all okay with it since day one.
