About Me

I have been here for a while (2006) but never got an account until a few years after reading so many great tales I knew I could never turn back. I've been patiently waiting for the day when someone upload a complete Doujinshi of my love Sesshomaru. I am here to simply enjoy some wonderful tales. My reviews are honest with no mal intention and chances are if I say a story is good, it typically is.. ^_^ Ja Ne

Thank you for your review of "Come to Shore." The story started as a simple one, but as it grew, I quickly realized that I had been putting a lot of my stress and feelings regarding my late aunt (she died due to cancer complications) into the story.
Yes, I do think we women all have that fear at times, especially more so when someone you know is affected. I think half of the reason the story is so good is because I was talking to a friend of mine, Beloved Stranger, about her experience as a wounded veteran and somewhere down the line I just wanted to give her this story as a way of saying "You're more than your scars girl, you're you!"
As for more, I did have a plan for more, but I think I like the ending as it is for now.

Hello! Thank you for reading Swimming in Silk! If the story makes you too nervous though bud, you don't have to read, I don't want to make you feel bad thanks again!

I do agree that the backwards chapter can seem a bit awkward and confusing to readers, but it was no mistake, I wrote it like that on purpose. It seemed like a fun idea at the time. I suppose the teenage me wanted to experiment with narrative structures, and really, trying different things is the only way you can learn.

I did go back to try to make the scene breaks clearer, though, so hopefully that might help a little in the future.

Thank you for your kind review!

Yes, Faded Memories is the infamous first fic that started it all for me ten years ago. I regard it now much the same as I would an old diary from my teenage years: a lot of cringing and wondering what the hell was I thinking. xD
It was also the first long story I ever fully wrote in English so be warned, lol. I'm better at that too these days.

Still, I'm glad you've found the fic worth your while and I hope it will hold your interest! ^^

Thanks for both your reviews on Bent. I suppose Yuki could have evaporated him instantly, but I wanted it to be real. She was scared, out of her element at night time, she did not want to be seen or heard by her father's soldiers, and also the ogre was attacking her with brute strength. She didn't have a bow an arrow to destroy her attacker from long distance.
