There was never a doubt in his mind that the world was a mysterious place. That was why her appearance, though sudden, did not cause a pause in the rhythm of his footsteps. Sesshoumaru would attend to the matter of her at his own leisure, on his own time, by his own interest. It was merely unfortunate that she had the annoying tendency to constantly get him involved in her existence.
