Well, I tried to respond to your review yesterday, and it didn't work, so here goes again - Thank you for your interest in Nefarious! I'm glad you enjoyed the opening chapters and hope you continue to enjoy the rest~
Amber Feedback from Darrakk: Umm, I've gotten three responses now! Not sure what's going wrong but I am getting your replies!

Oh, he will eventually start using a softer touch in his pursuit of her, but that's for later. For now, there's a lot more character development to come! He will still be Nefarious for a while yet...
Amber Feedback from Darrakk: One can be nefarious and be temptingly so too, you know! Eagerly awaiting another of your wonderful stories!

Oh, it will eventually change in tenor from what it is now to a softer approach, but not quite yet. There's still a lot of character development to come.
Amber Feedback from Darrakk: Double post lol. Thanks for the reply!

Thank you so much! I am rather fond of the idea myself, though the character difficulty almost stopped me from ever acting on the story seedling - the double names and all could get confusing.
But it has really been a great fun to weave this story and create this weird mix of AU and Canon, of Inuyasha cast and OCs. So I'm really happy that others find joy in it as well! Feedback from Darrakk: It is a great idea! At first the double names are confusing, more so when their other OC names get used! But it's not too difficult and your table of characters helped lots. Thanks for writing it, I look forward to seeing how it turns out!

Hi!
You left a review forever ago on my story Subtlety. First of all, thanks for reading and reviewing my story. Second, I just wanted to explain that I totally replied to this before, but I did it from my iPhone, and apparently Dokuga's programming doesn't like that. And then I just forgot to reply through my laptop afterward until now.
Now for the real purpose to this - to answer your question/suggestion in your review (you were confused why the undead people could regenerate after being obliterated by Bakusaiga). The short answer to this, in my head, is that the bodies are made with dirt, ash, and clay, which was why the souls still remained. My reasoning was that Bakusaiga's lingering effects only applies to organic tissue - flesh and so on. Dirt's everywhere, Yamiko was saying that she could just build new bodies for the undead people literally, since all she needed was a little dirt and magic.
Hope that answers your questions. Sorry again for the lateness. Also, once again, thanks for reading! Feedback from Darrakk: O.o
I DID get your reply, and I responded back... methinks Dokuga dislikes us. Your explanation makes sense, thankyou for getting back to me (again lol), and for writing your story!

Hi! Thanks for your review for Subtlety! To answer your question, true, but I interpreted Bakusaiga's destructive power as limited to organic tissue, flesh, etc. Those villagers were undead and made of dirt and clay, like Kikyo. So Bakusaiga indeed obliterated the bodies the sheer force of its power, bu the bodies were still just dirt.
Hope that answers your question for you
Thanks for reading! Feedback from Darrakk: Thanks!

Hey there!
You left a review for my story, A Restless Night's Dream, quite some time ago, and I wanted to let you know that I'll be taking it down for editing and reposting it after I've gotten it up to par.
That being said, if you'd like to be notified of when I start to repost the story, could you please message me your email so that I can add you to the notification list? I won't spam you or anything, I promise!
Thanks!
~Aubrey Feedback from Darrakk: Hi. Thanks for letting me know. Don't worry about notifying me, I'll find it
I'm not sure why you have to take the whole thing down to edit it, and I'm sure loads of people will miss it. Why not leave it up, and start a new story as the rewrite? Then take down the old one if you still want to?
Anyway, thanks again for the heads up!

That's not necessarily what I was trying to portray with that last chapter of Windows on the West. Sessmom isn't really evil - just youkai, and not a loving individual. But if you read the manga, she isn't portrayed as a very loving person - she's a drama queen, though. And though, in the end, she does show that she has a heart somewhere inside, it's not easily accessible.
