Okay, so I totally grinned when you caught onto Ryou's understanding that he only had one night with Kura. Yes, it's true! And of course it only makes sense for Kagome to forgive Sesshomaru...but with time... I don't believe Kagome's character would ever NOT forgive someone. But, *shrugs* Sesshomaru just doesn't believe he deserves it or should receive forgiveness. It is understandable that his guilt will make him a bit irrational for now. But, the next chapter awaits to reveal another layer of this whole mess.

You are absolutely on point. This is NOT all about Kagome forgiving or not forgiving Sesshomaru. He did kill Kura for several reasons...and there was no no nooo way out of it. But~ now... the next chapter will reveal the next layer to this plot....cause remember...Kagome has fallen in love with the demon society...but after Sesshomaru's act...I doubt those who do not know her well...will not give their sincere respect that easily. And...there is also Ryou....DUN DUN DUN~

I know sometimes we - well, all the time, really - like all the answers, lol. I'm the same way. But unfortunately, I have bad luck with that and usually end up with all sorts of questions that never get answered. So finally I gave in and started leaving my bad-luck stamp on my stories, too.

Nice! You spotted the issue between Kura and Sesshomaru! I left an excerpt in the chapter that would foreshadow what will happen to Kura. I wonder if you will catch that too! But know that I left Kura without Sesshomaru deciding what to do with her for now because he needs to save Kagome first. Kura will be dealt afterwards!

The point you made on Ryou's promise not being able to cover for Kura any longer, that totally made sense. I guessed something inside of me wanted a happy ending to Kura and Ryou. We shall see though. You pointed out a very good perspective.
And for Kagome...*chuckles* you will have to find out.

While reading your review...I hadn't quite thought of it from your perspective...but I knew the feeling he had. You just seemed to explain it so well to me! Sesshomaru must have thought EXACTLY what you said. In the past where demons easily killed those who threatened their beloved...Kagome didn't realize the danger she could have encountered at all. But, Sesshomaru definitely knew this. Thank you for explaining it so well to me! Ah~ You are always so much help!
