Abundant thanks are offered to two individuals. First of all to Saide, who delighted me with the original sketch. Make sure to tell her how well she captured Himself's expression! Second, to my daughter... who shall heretofore be referred to as Eldest. She's the one who requested the chance to color Saide's work.
All I did was post the finished piece here for all to enjoy. Well... that and write the fic. To see what inspired Sesshoumaru's quirked brow, you'll need to read Imperceptible, Chapter 33, which is titled Effigy.
