I think this is pretty well done for a first! I like how you filled in the dress to make it stand out, and how you put a moon in the background to give it a romantic feel... it almost seems like I’m looking through the doors to a balcony and this is what my eyes focus on… a girl smiling at a gorgeous silver haired man with a really cute tushy... or maybe now my eyes are focusing on the male's tushy (hey you could draw that next, hehe jk). Props from me!!! I still have yet to attempt paintshop myself, just seems like it will be so complicated.
