yeah most of my "elf ears" look more like puppy ears on the side of the head. it is my random style :3 i also have his strip curved up over the base of the ear, int he anime and manga its always weird to me that the strip just seems to stop at his hair line but then is a continued piece when he's in true form

What the-?! He DOES look like Stanley Tucci with silver hair. I never noticed it until I saw actual pics of the actor himself. Wow, what a coinkydink!
