Just one thing, Moxy, I'd recommend not saying something like 'I can't find anything to pick on' because it leaves the person reading it feeling like if there was something wrong, you'd pick on them for it. Now I'm sure that's not what you meant, but it came off that way to me so you might want to be a bit more careful about how you word things .
