Chapter 117: Cross Purposes

Miroku sacked out on the couch for a few hours of shut-eye before catching a train home. As his mind drifted, he reviewed what he’d learned since yesterday evening. Sesshoumaru was obviously doing his best to finish Kagome’s training because he wouldn’t pursue a client. Very honorable. However, Kagome was doing her best to undo all the good Sesshoumaru had accomplished in order to keep him around. Very silly.

It looks as though the knight in shining armor is going to have to battle the damsel instead of a dragon! Smiling to himself, Miroku cheered, Put him through hell, Princess!
