I think you did a nice job adapting the festival. I also appreciate That Kagome didn't allow her friends to railroad her into rescinding her rejection of Houjo. Now, is it too soon for Rin Chan's reincarnation or is Souta going too get his wish to return with his sister.

Really good chapter. I wonder if Souta will try to follow Kagome this next time. I think it would be cute to have both her and Souta traveling with Sesshoumaru and Ren. Don't know if she would willingly take him though, especially with her mom upset.
