I'll admit that at first I was skeptical about this story. It felt tedious and almost overworked as a narrative. However, the most recent chapter, with the chat ending in a bit of a blowout, started to turn things around. It made a more emotional impact, and for the first time it made me really look forward to reading about their future interactions. It was great to see the characters emotional triggers, to see Sess trying to deal with the repercussions of finally pushing Kagome too far.
I'm very interested to see how Sess will recover from his not so tactful foot-in-mouth moment. It would also be interesting to see where their relationship goes from here. Will they ever meet in person?
Looking forward to more! Thanks for sharing this story! :)
Really good chapter. Thanks so much for updating. You did darn good without your beta! Cheers!
That was a bit cruel for Sesshomaru to do. Who doesn't do crazy and stupid stuff in a teenager/childs life? As kids, we may think its fun, cool, interesting.....but once we tried it out or saw the consequences, we moved on. She doesn't do it any longer which should count for something and if she truly enjoyed it and was so promiscuous as he first thought, then she would have immediately started to attempt to cyber with him or when he was flirting with her, she'd flirt back and try to initiate something - but she never has. And, she could always tell him when he's messaged her that she's busy finishing cybering and she'd speak to him later.
He really should stop being such an ass to her and start showin a little more kindness to Kagome.
Eva (Chapter 4) - Mon 20 Jul 2015
This was a very good chapter for advancing the storyline. Although I was as thrown as Kagome with the topic brought up, it was really a very effective way to advance their relationship. At least for Sesshoumaru, their dialog is beginning to be not enough as he would be more likely to act on the impulse to get what he wants. I imagine that having him interested in meeting in person first is probably more realistic. I feel Kagome would be more likely to have the thought cross her mind, but not follow through on it because of self confidence issues.
I also enjoy the change in point of view. It was seemless and I appreciate that his take on the conversation was accomplished without going over the dialog verbatim. Unfortunately too many writers resort to that even within the same chapter.
No Uta (Chapter 4) - Sun 19 Jul 2015
How I've longed for some of this story woman! I'm so absolutely happy happy HAAAAPPPY to read this update. I loved Sesshomaru & Kagome's bantering and then he manages to piss her off ha ha. He wanted to chalk it up to her immaturity when in fact it was his own discomfort with the topic of cybering that caused him to be rude to her. Similar antics to when a young man picks on his crush. He's dreadful to her because he doesn't know what to do with his feelings. I'm also proud of Kagome for not hanging onto his every word and signing out like she did. Now he's the one left wondering. Good for you Kags! Oh girl poor Koga! You've made him less than a minute man lololololol priceless. I look forward to more of this.
xDori (Chapter 4) - Sun 19 Jul 2015
Aw poor sesshoumaru. Hopefully they work things out.
Chatting. No one chats anymore. I miss it. It's all texting and Skype now. Makes me feel old. Anyway, interesting premise. Love to see where you're going with it.
Nice chapter, keep it coming.
Really nice chapter and more revealed of their personalities. Nice interactions between them. I am a huge fan of Shakespeares, especially the comedies. My favorite being The Taming of the Shrew. The back and forth between Katherina and Petruchio are delightfully funny. Thanks so much for updating. I'm really loving this story.
No Uta (Chapter 3) - Wed 20 May 2015
I love this gradual progression and how standoffish Sesshomaru is. It is how I'd imagine him to be in this setting. Kagome of course, more open and a better conversationalist than he. Fantastic update!
No Uta (Chapter 2) - Wed 20 May 2015
I'm just catching up. They are so cheeky with one another. How can one not wear a goofy grin while reading thier online exchange. This story is so very modern with the references to Facebook and do forth. It is possible for your reader to relate. This is almost like a small courting stage (very small) but it is how online relationships begin. Believe me I know haha. I find myself excited for them to message each other. On to the next chapter I go.
Haven (Chapter 3) - Wed 20 May 2015
This is really how it sometimes is in chat rooms. (Why I kinda stopped going on them) XD I hope you update soon!
Aziza (Chapter 3) - Wed 20 May 2015
Oh I like this, I like this very much. Please update soon :)
Wavie (Chapter 3) - Wed 20 May 2015
Can't wait for more! I have been enjoying how the character's have been interacting and developing their relationship.
Eva (Chapter 3) - Wed 20 May 2015
This was a really interesting angle. I am from the states so Romeo and Juliet is part of our standard curriculum. Although I enjoy the work I have trouble reading it because of the archaic English. I also have a great deal of trouble with Mark Twain. Im very hard of hearing so things that ard phonetic or written with an accent can be hard to comprehend. I can imagine how much more difficult it would be for a non native speaker to understand let alone analyze the meaning within. Their opinions will also be insightful windows into who they are as individuals.
This was great! I loved how you captured both of their characters but in such an unusual setting. Well, she has definite captured his imagination hasn't she? Ever been in a chat room myself but I am on FB. I like but WOOBOY, way too much info and drama! Can hardly wait for the next chapter. Cheers!
iin (Chapter 2) - Sun 17 May 2015

Oh I like this. Very unusual start and premise of the story. It's looks like it's going to be interesting.
